Also worth nothing that this gives Newcastle and Brighton a game in hand on us which they'll play the week after our game with Palace. Who do they play...each other. So 6 points from Everton and Newcastle 100% puts us back in it.

I'm the same, I said before Brighton that we would win 3 in a row and I'm sticking to it. (Didn't put my money where my mouth was with the bookies though, hope I live to regret that!)

no he wasn't it was Peter Bankes with Andrew Halliday as his assistant. Oliver was VAR for our 1-5 against Palace (he should have overturned the harsh red for Pereira).

Although Iâ€™m not expecting a win here, we are more than capable of getting a result.

If we do, and then win against Newcastle we may just put ourselves into a seriously good position and on a good run of form.

Team will start looking over their shoulders and the panic will set in with them.

We have to put pressure on the teams above us.

In 4 days we could be starting to hope again

I think we all know weâ€™ll have to be a lot better than we were against Brighton to get anything at all against a team thatâ€™s much stronger than us.

I donâ€™t much like the fact that the manager has been making noises about the unfairness of playing on Thursday - that gives the players a potential excuse.

We have to be right on top of our game - and then some - to have any chance tonight.
