Conor Gallagher has scored twice for Palace to make it 2-2 against West Ham so he's already equalled his record for us for the season.

Dwight Gayle and our pal Graeme Jones have had to be separated in training at Newcastle. Gone head to head apparently but Lascelles got in between them. Each accusing the other of it "being all about you"

Expect that will be a Gayle exit at xmas then, assuming that Bruce and Jones survive until then.
Didnt Gayle get a new contract recently? Could be an expensive bust up, unless resolved.

He did get a new deal but on around 30k per week it was reported at the time, not his usual 60-70k.

West ham were losing 2-1 at home to Man Utd and a penalty was given in injury time for handball against Luke Shaw.

They stupidly then subbed Noble on to take the penalty and it was awful, De Gea saves, WHU lose unbeaten record.

A right shambles in the Prem. Ronaldo is fouled in the box - blatant pen, VAR doesn't give it. West Ham go up the other end, Shaw handball, VAR give the pen. Mark Noble comes off bench to take the pen against De Gea who historically has a poor record vs pens but he saves.

In the Brighton v Leicester game , Leicester have 2 goals disallowed and I believe both are due to players obstructing the keeper (might be Harvey Barnes on both occasions).

Oligarchs 0-1 Sheikhs in the Blood Money Derby.
Man Ure 0-1 Scummers.

Early days but I have to say Liverpool look the strongest of the title contenders; if they can keep relatively free from injury it's theirs to lose.

After seven games Norwich City have claimed their first point of the season. By comparison to our 'efforts' last season they're currently doing even worse than us.

By this stage we had three points and 6 goals with 16 conceded and a goal difference of minus 10. Norwich have scored 2 conceded 16 and have a goal difference of minus 14.

They're on course to replace Derby as the worst team to grace the Premier League points wise. At least we weren't there to see last season unfold in person.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

And this is what concerns me. Norwich and ourselves are 2 remarkably similar clubs.

14th placed Watford sack their promotion winning manager. Who would honestly take that job for anything other than the money?

I've always said if you get promoted playing the way Nowich do you have zero chance in the PL. They are way too open, too expansive, too soft, too easy to play against and in the PL you can't play like that against better players you will get torn apart, much like us under Bilic.

Norwich kept with Farke to get back up but if they ever want to stay in the PL they won't do it with him in charge.

And yet including this season they've spent six of the last ten seasons in the top flight. I'd be interested to learn what their transfer balance and overall profit and loss shows over those ten seasons when managerial and coaching pay offs and signing on fees for new staff are taken into consideration. One for the Swiss Ramble perhaps? The SmethDan Rambler certainly won't be bothering to check, you can count on that  ;D .

Interesting looking thread from Norwich City's Pink Un forum. Haven't read it all but if the linked topic were on here I'd imagine you'd have a field day........  ;D
