Reduced-priced tickets on general sale until 2pm tomorrow (Friday)

REDUCED-PRICED tickets for Saturday’s Barclays Premier League trip to Swansea (ko 3pm) will remain on general sale until 2pm tomorrow (Friday).

They are available online (click here), in person from the East Stand box office and by phone (0121 227 2227) – but no seats will be on sale to Baggies fans at the Liberty Stadium on the day of the game.

Tickets have been reduced to £25 adults and £12.50 under-16s/full-time students (ID required required on entry)/over-60s.

Seats for this game were originally priced at £35 adults and £17.50 concessions.

But Albion have agreed – on a reciprocal basis with Swansea – to a price reduction of £10 for adults and £5 for concessions for the two league matches between the clubs this season

Poor performances make the players tense.  Poor performances create pressure.  Poor performances get the fans on the players back.  You're thinking that booing creates the poor performances, it's the other way around.

If we lose 5 matches on the trot the flowing football won't suddenly come back because the fans managed to not boo at the end of the game.

Boo !!   Boo!!  bloody disgraceful post !!  What are you doing !!!  Boo !! Boo !!
you're useless, no punctuation, no capitalisation, your rubbish, get off !!   Boo !!
Go and post at the dingles, your rubbish, shouild never post here again get off BOO!! BOO!!!

I'd have to agree with you, Roy has no chance with this crop of "talent"

Fabian bloody delph, WTF !!!

WHAT? If Albion ever got to Europa League and they played a weakened side and went out that would be it for me I would give it up completly

My take is, They are owned by a man who wants to make money first and foremost, the Europa cup could cost them money and may jeopardise their premier league status, to "Tigers" man thats a non-starter, he has already shown his contempt for the fans wishes.

Abusing employees of West Bromwich Albion, like in any other industry,  should not be acceptable paying "customers" or not.

Sorry, totally disagree with that, if I went to a gig andd the band turned up, performed badly and went through the motions, I'd be entitled to boo! Would I ? probarbly not, but I'd be entitled to.

I agree the booing is wrong as its counter productive, and I agree that  the relationship between the players and supporters seems to be "broken", what the players have to get their heads around is WBA fans will back a tryer, if they see effort and a positive demeanour a player / team will be backed to the hilt.

Derek Mcinnes / Lee Hughes / Sean Gregan / Siggy to name a few were not gifted palyers but by god they tried and were backed by the fans by and large.

Primadonna ballerinas will not be accepted at the hawthorns but hard working willing clog danceers will.

First I didn't go, say this may be bo77ox, but,
The football maxim used to be, 1st sort the back out then you can move onto the middle front.
Last season we were leaking goals, we seem to have tightened up / got a little more organised however still fail to close out games.
Maybe, once AI and team have that conundrum sorted we will see a more expansive game, I personally do believe attack can be a form of defense but the basic defensive organisation is required first.

The acquisition of wide players seems to support this strategy.

Let me be clear that this is supposition and I am not being a happy clapper for Mr Irvine, just trying to rationalise what is going on in regard to selection / team set up.

Jacko, I find your stance and vehemence intruiging,

It's never been incorporated before why now? Oh to upset the dingles? We have our own identity, we don't need dual identity. This is the Merseyside flag, just shown as someone previously mentioned Liverpool...

Were you not previously arguing that the change in shirt "style" was unimportant as a shirt is purely a commercial tool? So identity is important or not ?

Would you say it is irrelevant to call Albion an English club because we have some overseas fans?
Albion is the old anglo-saxon for Great Britain. So calling an english club Albion does have some relevance.

Isn't this all a bit premature as we haven't seen a number of these "strongest" players perform yet?

Accept its nice to hypothesise but ............

I think spuds will overtake scousers,
If sturridge gets crocked Ballotelli isn't someone who will work as a lone striker IMO.

Stating the bleeding obvious I know, but, Had they had Suarez last night it could have been a different result.

I'm sure we all want our captain to be 9/10 every week, if competition provokes CB to perform brilliant, if not he's a squad player IMO
