I’m glad Dan (the one born in 87 and not in the bygone days of yore like Smeth) pointed out what the tick box meant as I was left totally stumped.

I clicked it just encase it failed to let me proceed.

Albion surely have to pursue a new system - this is awful.

;D

it is pretty poor right now, can only hope they nail down how to use it properly once it's bedded in (we can cling to hope)

And another thing, I've just remembered you couldn't even link your account, something which older Dan was able to do without hassle. So up yours yoof  :-* .

It's still a nightmare, I'm not seeing tickets for friends and family, anybody else having a problem?

I can see friends and family when I'm signed into my account. Despite all three of us being named on each other's accounts I cannot purchase tickets for either my wife or lad on my account though.

There are three ways I can see of purchasing for friends and family at the moment. Logging into each account separately at the same time and basketing tickets together during the same log in period. Phoning the ticket office, or going in person.

I have my other half as friends & family. I got a free ticket for the Arsenal game, but she had a refund, so we had to buy a ticket.

The ticket did come up in the reserved section & I was able to buy it, initially as an eticket, but it never showed up on my account or my other halfs, so we couldn't print it out.

In the end, I got them to put it on her style card, so hopefully.......

Think the company who got the contract for this have seriously got it wrong.

To be honest although I know it's not the case you'd think this is the first time they've ever provided a ticket. I wouldn't trust this lot to pick their noses nevermind run a raffle.

I would have thought that you simply trawl the 91 other sites and find the best, buy that job done.

Before the pandemic, the ticketing system worked pretty well, it's when they bolted it onto the "my albion" system that the problems started.

So much has gone to ratsh@t due to Covid. The most efficient systems no longer are. Nothing seems straight forward.

Well, the concerns about the ticketing system turned into reality last night.

I had an email to say my ticket had been put on my style card, which it had, but the style card issued in 2019. Needless to say, the current one didn't work.

Hundreds of fans had problems at the turnstyles last night, the ticket office was rammed with disgruntled fans.

The club really need to get this sorted out.

It’s getting to the stage now where I’m smiling at how incompetent this ticketing system is..   :D

Did they actually have anyone in the ticket office last night?

They had about 5 windows open plus a ticket collection point.

The online ticket & phone system &  is off site, that's why the "ticket office" doesn't look busy in the daytime

It's not a great experience at the moment, they really need a high level intervention.

Oh well, as it appears the ticket site's been sorted I suppose we best start slagging the club's summer recruitment policy. Has anyone put the glass doors through yet  ;D ?

Looks like they have taken our constructive criticism on board and got some adults in to sort it out.

Assuming that the ticket system is working ok now..........................

I believe that the photo ID is only to demonstrate that the ticket holder is entitled to a concession price, so not needed for full priced adult tickets.
