I play in goal (Sunday League maybe so) but the striker has struck it accross goal meaning you have to be at full stretch and you can't magically increase the power on a ball with your hand at full stretch he's pushed the ball away from goal technically the full back hasn't tracked his man/reacted as quick as the striker simple as that. Every week I tell people to expect rebounds and follow up.

Seems to still pick up a few knocks despite having a summer off and not playing much pre-season though? Just a point when we signed him he'd played a lot. Fingers crossed can keep him fit for majority of season and he doesn't get injured at African Cup of Nations should Nigeria make it

I like the way he always says just simply "It'd be nice" regarding any matters, someone signing for us, beating a big team.

So Roy you've just signed Messi and Ronaldo and beat Man Utd 6-0

"Yes it's a nice feeling and a lovely day"

Love the guy :D

Going there on boxing day 3 years ago sitting there with about 800 other people seeing us pass sideways not really go for it and the manager and players seemingly content to just turn up and lose only 2-0

After looking at a few more pics I think I actually do like his new hair but I'm undecided can we have a poll?

Oldbury, I may be wrong but I'm fairly certain its being done by a company that specialises in stadium builds, called The Buckingham Group. They also built Brighton's new ground.

My missus dad works for them they're based near Silverstone. It is them doing the work I was less than happy when he was excited they got the contract

Damn was hoping all the white filling and outline would be trimmed out of the actual shirt looks rubbish like that

Everyone in England also believes are players are "world class" when the simple fact is they're not. Ashley Cole is and so is Rooney other than that no-one

Players come and players go I'm fairly certain most give it 100%/their best shot which seems the case with Carson. Thanks for the effort good luck with the move, end of really.

Only thing that annoys me is the sponsor looks cheap and just glued on last minute why does it have to be a solid white background between the letters blocking out the blue stripes behind the letter O.

Nevermind nothing major doesn't effect me that much lol

I'm guessing Beckham still rules them all with his sponsorships etc that aren't official wages?

WBA - No score draw: 66

That's what we're at since our last 0-0.

If Norwich go up fair play 1st season back in Championship isn't it?

That was probably down to arrogance. I doubt they've heard of Simon Cox or thought much of him hence why they stood off him. Think they'll remember the name "Simon Cox" from this game onwards. Probably as the person who denied them Champions League Football, lol.

Just saw this after posting Harry's reaction, you were right they had no idea who he was lol

Quote
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp after his side's top-four bid was hit by their draw against West Brom: "Obviously we're disappointed. We were 2-1 up and feeling quite comfortable, but what a strike from their boy from outside the box. That's just how it goes - what can you do about it? It's difficult winning games in this league and they are a good side, West Brom. We moved the ball about well today but you've got no divine right to win games. We'll try and make the top four and if we don't we'll try again next year."

Clearly has no idea who Cox is maybe he will now lol. Called us a good side though ;D

Can I also just point out to everyone blaming our defence for standing off when they scored, they didn't exactly hound Cox whilst he was having a cigar picking his spot
