Emma Raducanu through to the Semis after qualifying what a player already and she will only get better she already seems to have matured after Wimbledon, great to see go Emma.

She's a remarkable talent who has erupted onto the tennis scene but also, when you hear her speak, she seems to be very grounded, which should help her going forward. All the best to her for the semi-final.

She has dismantled the game of her last 3 opponents with consumate ease. Absolutely superb both tactically and technically. An amazing talent.

Dismantled the game of another top player. 6-1, 6-4 win she's put in an absolutely incredible performance.

Final on Saturday vs Fernandez with every chance of winning.

First qualifier to EVER reach a major grand slam final.

Final will be aired on Channel 4 From 8PM highlights on BBC Tomorrow. She is 1 year older than me and in a major final go on girl.

So Channel 4 have the match live but the British Broadcasting Corporation can only stretch to edited highlights a day later such a poor effort on such an important sporting occasion if they had sacked a few of the high earners they could have shown the match live.

It's very good of Amazon Prime to cede the exclusivity. I'm sure they'd have picked up plenty of new subscribers.

I might still watch on Amazon as that way I won't have to put up with all the adverts (I expect) that Channel 4 will have to put on to raise the extra cash to pay Amazon or whoever for the rights to air it.

I do agree with a comment above also. Shameful that the BBC couldn't get the rights to this with the amount of income they get each year and with the amount that they waste on things that do not improve the experience for the viewer.

Yes, fair play to Amazon Prime the rights to the match by all accounts was a 7 figure sum which they are reinvesting into women's tennis.
Amazon has also announced that Prime Video will reinvest all fees from the Channel 4 agreement into British women's tennis to support the next generation of female British talent.

Amazon Prime's agreed deal with Channel 4 - understood by the PA news agency to be seven figures - comes after the Government asked Amazon to consider making it available free-to-air. The BBC also put a bid in but could not match Channel 4's offer.

Surely she's British same as Andy Murray

She will become British No. 1 which is hardly a shock but not sure what her world ranking would be. I think I heard it would be in the 30 something range jumping up from something like 160.

It may be tougher than you think Fernandez has beaten some top seeds.

Blimey what drama. Championship points gone for Emma and now break out against and cut. Needs to get this done as I feel she has just tightened up
