Who's going? How many are we taking?
« Reply #4 on: February 13, 2015, 09:25:42 PM »
Hey guys just wondering how many fans we are taking to this one. Quite interested as it's a long journey but a big big game for both teams, and we usually travel well. I'm in P34 Row 18.

I'm going to this.

First trip up to the Stadium of Light. Initial allocation was 1300 so I'd assume around that maybe.

Me and another lad are driving up about half 7 next Saturday. Third trip to the SOL, went last season (which we shall forget) and in our first season back where scharner scored the winner. I love the north east away days

Thanks:) Good following that is. The only other time I've been is when we lost 4-0. Shocking performance.

Rock bottom of the premier league, 6 points adrift and absolute no hopers back then. I dread to think if people have the knives out after a couple of defeats on here what it would've been like back then!

Onto the next then, and we really need to sort our away form out! Not sure what to make of this to be honest. If sunderland lose tomorrow then gus could be off, but if they win, they'll have some confidence back. In some ways, the draw might be the best outcome for us, as they'll be thinking ahead.

Need to take the approach we have done in the last 2 games. Wasted a chance being so negative at burnley

                        Foster

Dawson    Lescott     McAuley      Brunt

McManaman   Yacob    Morrison    Gardner

                      Ideye    Berahino

In my opinion, both Morrison and Gardner deserved to keep their place.

I just hope Pulis doesn't resort to the "away" mentality of parking the bus, playing with one up front and just hoping the home side doesn't break us down. Swansea and now West Ham have shown we're better than that.

We could yeah draw Sunderland away in the cup which I wouldn't want as less people will go to the league match.
