Nuno getting the excuses in early. Going on about the horde sous injuries and problems they have. We have about 200m spend less than you which is more of a problem you weasel.

He was talking about the bilston Barcelona needing to compete against us..

I almost wet me pants with laughter. All those millions and the dodgy agent and the best they can hope for is to compete against us..

When we used to play them at their worst I’d be disappointed if we didn’t score at least 3. That’s the mentality they should have, not this competing nonsense.

Suffice to say, I hope they don’t compete..

Not bothered about Wolves. Never have been.

Aston Villa, on the other hand...

But of course I would love to see us maintain our amazing record against them. They’ve gone backwards this season and are a million miles from being the Champions League contenders their fans think they should be.

But they have players who can hurt us. Traore if he decides to perform; Silva has promise up front; Neves can strike a free kick; Moutinho has been a wonderful midfielder (though perhaps past his best now).

Their defence isn’t up to much though. The gap between the teams isn’t as wide as I thought at the start of the season.

But forgive me for saying this isn’t the big derby for me. I just don’t care about Wolves very much at all.

You're far from alone on this forum. However, it's match day and match day is the day I give a dog's dump about them. It'd be great to rub their noses in some more of the stuff. It's what they're there for. There's no other point to them as far as I'm concerned. COYB  8) .

I'm not really bothered about Wolves too much either.   I've lived in Walsall most of my life and my mates are a mixture of Baggies & Villa so the Villa game is by far the biggest game for me, and the one i look for first on the fixture list.

We have to beat them today, dont care about any of the other remaining games, this season is done, seeing as my heartfelt plea for a victory against the real enemy last week failed, this would be a lovely consolation.

Think of the pain it will cause the dog heads. It doesnt matter how much money they have, how good they are, they could win the Champions League, but its always about Albion for them. We are under their mangy skin, irritating them constantly, living in their heads, because deep down, beneath all their bragging and bravado, they all know we are their betters. The pain of 2002; the play-offs; Albion on the South Bank and a pie and a pint; eating away at them.

Relegation bound Albion doing the double over Nuno and the superagent’s Bilston Globetrotters will haunt them for years.

As expected if we make the change to the formation it's Robinson that misses out.

Johnstone

Ajayi
O'Shea
Bartley

Furlong

The Dastardly Ding1e5 Dogs have fleas!   Always have had as the Custard Bowl is a flea-ridden pit.

I think they will get physical and try their upmost to take Pereira out but we’ll still whup them 2-0

I have a bad feeling about this one.

I don't like it when we're the favourites going in. :-X

Let’s hope Diagne has got his shoot and score boots on this evening.
We don’t want any air-shots, offsides or close pitch inspections from him!
And please, if he’s subbed, Robinson not HRK!

That looks a slow, defensive team.  Can we cram any more defensive players into that starting lineup?  Not looking forward to this.

Why three centre halves? Attack is the best form of defence for us. Allardyce showing his spots again.

Not even the dulcet tones of the Liquidator can get me up for this one - what's the point without the fans?

On paper it looks a defensive line-up, but in practice will depend on how much they get forward. Puts alot of the weight on Pereira for creativity. Would have liked to have seen Robinson or Phillips in for the extra centre back.

5 defenders.
a DM, Gallagher - not exactly attacking, AMN - nothing created yet.
Pierera
Diagne

Pierera must be wondering what's he supposed to do.
