I have noticed a lot of clubs have started selling season tickets for next season but as of yet nothing from our ticket office.
Personally I don't see how they can sell season tickets if they don't know what the restrictions will be next season like maximum amount of fans that can be allowed in.
If there any type of restrictions I won't be renewing my season ticket.
I like to arrive at the ground when I want. I like to leave when I want. I like to sit in the seat I selected. I like to have the option of having something to eat or drink. And there is no way I will sit there with a muzzle on my face.

And this will be the reason why we haven’t advertised any..
I guess we will hear more later this month
-
Our ticket website is also currently being completely revamped, could have something to do with it.

I fully respect your viewpoint but strongly suspect that, based upon your post, you won’t renew next season. Cannot see that all restrictions will have been lifted by then. I hope to be wrong by the way.

Great, I can't foresee any problems moving forward......... :-X .

With any restrictions it ceases to be an enjoyable experience. Add to that the probable appointment of an average manager who will turn us into a mid table championship team and probably over inflated season ticket prices I think the decision could be turning into a no for renewal.

You can accuse the club of a lot but not over inflated ticket prices, the club are a credit for how much they charge.
-
I agree that ticket prices are very reasonable when compared to others. I will be there as soon as I possibly can. The appointment of a new manager, whoever it may be, will not influence my decision. That’s not to say that the club does not regularly disappoint me on that front!
-

Lets see what the prices are when published. A lot of clubs have over inflated their season tickets, probably to accomodate no income from last season.

This is such an Albion fan post
Others have done it but we haven’t ......but I don’t see how we can 😂
-
If I am honest the club have been pretty good as far as season ticket prices are concerned, I'm over 60, unfortunately and get mine for a great price. not all clubs give this discount so well done our club.
Im pretty sure we will know something as soon as they do.

Talking to a vile mate of mine, their season tickets went on sale last week

did you renew for the season just gone? If you did you had the option of rolling the money over to this season's ticket at the same price.
The " a lot of clubs" you mention are still in the Pl I'm assuming, unless Sheff Utd and Fulham have increased theirs?
Not many (if any) clubs put their ticket prices up on relegation.
-
Talking to a vile mate of mine, their season tickets went on sale last week
Yeah and they are going so well they could sell 70,000 apparently.
Shame they will still be an also ran PL team.
-
Yeah and they are going so well they could sell 70,000 apparently.......
That's absolutely nothing, purely anecdotal of course but I could swear they took more than ten times that number to some place over in Holland in the early 80s. And not to be outdone both Wolves and Blues had record season ticket holder sales back in the bad.... bad.... bad old days :-X .
-
I really want to get my season ticket back. I cannot tell you how much I have missed the Hawthorns, and event thinking about it now I have a slight tear in my eye.... [pull yourself together man]... I do not think we can yet sell tickets, but as soon as can I will be in singing my heart out and embarrassing my 21 year old son my dancing to the liquidator!
-
i'd paid for my renewal before the pandemic started and didn't ask for a refund.
why am i thinking i'm going to have a right game getting it sorted
-
Don't think they will sell many STs with no manager, a limited squad with Zohore as our sole striker and now no director of football to sign players...
Throw covid in and fans being out of the habit and older fans fearful of catching covid I can see our gates dropping to about 18k.
-
My season ticket rolled over from last season. When I look at my online account it is showing no season ticket.
Is it the same for others?
I dont trust Albion.

I can't get into my account at the moment.
The statement says the tickets for next season go on sale from Wednesday 16th June, I assume they are re-setting the database & they'll show up after Wednesday.

Yes, same here.
It was showing as rolled over previously on My Albion account but they appear to have revamped the ticketing site.
Presuming it'll all be updated at some stage??
-
I’d paid for my one ticket and have rolled it over , my other two i did not get round to doing , but we’re still owed for the games that we were not allowed to attend at the end of the promotion season , any one remember what the club proposed for them , thanks in advance
-

If I remember correctly the games you couldn’t attend you had 3 options
One was to have your money back. Two was to watch the games in IFollow. The last was to gift the money to the club.

There was another option - you could keep the money as a 'credit' towards future tickets.
So we have 2 tickets in our house, so we had the iFollow on one and kept the other as the credit. The credit then got added to the new'MyAlbion' account and I've had frequent reminders over the last 12 months that I can spend it on all manner of stuff form the club shop, but then had an email a few weeks back to say this was expiring and the credit (around £90 IIRC) would be added back to my ticket account to allow it to be offset against ticket purchases (incl season tickets).
Worth checking your ticket account if you don't recall having any of the other options.

https://www.wba.co.uk/news/early-bird-season-ticket-prices-frozen-and-sale-now
Albion have frozen early bird season ticket prices for a fourth successive year as the club prepares to welcome back fans to The Hawthorns.
The Baggies expect to be back at full capacity for the 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship season, with fans returning in large numbers for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in March 2020.
Adult prices from £329
Under 11s just £49 throughout the stadium
Buy online at tickets.wba.co.uk for the cheapest prices
Two options to spread the cost of your season ticket
Season tickets at The Hawthorns continue to offer supporters some of the best value football in the country – with a £329 adult season ticket equating to just £14.30 per game, while under-11s will watch each match for just £2.13.
Supporters who purchased a 2020/21 early bird season ticket before sales were suspended will automatically see their ticket renew for the 2021/22 season and will be sent a stilecard before the season begins.
Season tickets are available to all and 2019/20 season ticket holders will have their existing seats reserved until early bird window closes at 5pm on Wednesday, July 7.
The club’s ticketing website, tickets.wba.co.uk, offers the best value to supporters purchasing a season ticket, with online sales £10 cheaper than via the ticket office or by telephone.
New stilecards will be issued to all 2021/22 season ticket holders prior to the start of the season.
-
Very decent pricing. Let's hope we can appoint a manager and DoF some time soon so as to have the best chance of enjoying the new season. COYB 8) .
-
Anybody else tried to renew and their seat has gone?
I’ve had those seats for 25 years and not available to renew.
If this is correct, what a joke. They can stick it up there backside.

If you didn't renew last season or have one in 19/20 you're back in the pot. If you did they're holding existing seats until end of early bird.
-
We had one in 19/20 and have done in those seats since the year we stayed up against Charlton on the last day.
We didn’t renew last year for obvious reasons.
-
Don't think I renewed last season with all that was going on with the world, but if my seat has gone then so am I sadly. Had the same seat since the Brummie was built...not moving now.
-
You can't expect Albion to hold a seat for a season ticket that wasn't renewed regardless of how long you held the seat? Come on!

For not renewing in a season where you knew you would not be allowed in at any stage?

You may have to just reallocate in your menu then, rather than select them again on the stadium map. Can't imagine it's anything a quick call to the ticket office can't resolve if you're struggling to navigate the **** ticketing website.
-

Might be worth checking pal.
I am trying to get in the queue to ring them but I’m the same, I’m done with this shambles of a club if I can’t get my seat back.
I’d rather go watch non league than this tin pot overpriced joke.
-

Where did we get asked to renew last year?
-
I imagine all will be fine, will call them later as that website is atrocious and just about sums up the club currently.
-

No flapping necessary, it would be merciful if they gave me an excuse not to renew :o
-

We had the option to renew as part of an early bird scheme, but I think that was all. I was lucky enough to be able to do it that way and let the money roll over to pay for this seasons season ticket.
I would hope you could get your regular seat as it's not as if you had a choice to attend or not last season.

Just done mine.....it's a poor system, but if you scroll down the page having signed into your account and you will see in tiny letters RESERVED SEATS click on that and away you go
-
Relax the screens look different than they did previously sign into your account and if you were a season ticket holder in our promotion season your seat has been reserved .
Just find RESERVED SEATS and you are in.
Come on you young buggers I'm an old git and I can do it
-
I take it all back.
What a club.
😂😂😂
-
We ay gorra worry abart fokes not gooin , I queued for half an ower to get into the system.
We'em all desperate bay we . Whoever the gaffer is we'el be there. COYB

We didn't know that at the time though. Most renewed and have kept their seat as a result and have now utilised the credit on file so they don't have to part with any cash today.
-
I've managed to locate my reserved season ticket but cannot apply the money they are holding to pay for the season ticket.
Anybody have any ideas?

I'm getting one too 68. But I am just wondering what may happen......
-
The prices are excellent - really cannot fault them.
I will shortly take on the website to renew.
-
I detest this website I really do. Trying to link my customer ID and despite copying it directly from my season ticket it’s unable to link and advises me to contact the club.
It was never this difficult before - why they had to mess I’ve no idea.
-

Sorry about that mate, I know what you mean, and on a serious note I cannot renew my AST, because the club do not know how many will be allowed to travel
-
Just tried to renew mine but I'm having a bit of problem. Can't just click on buy as for some reason my mate's season ticket is in my basket along with the wife's.
The wife isn't renewing and much as I like my mate (who's on my 'friends and family' list) I'm not paying for his.
So I went to reserved tickets and deleted his and the wife's ticket and go to pay for mine and my son's. It then says I haven't set up a delivery address when my full details are linked.
Screen tells me to add a delivery address (which is already in my profile) which I do before coming to an error screen and I'm told to try again later. Which I've done 'several' times.
I think I'll try again tomorrow. I'm doing this all by phone and if I get biffed off again I'm likely to smash my mobile up against a wall. Very annoying.
And yes, I've checked my mobile banking app to make sure I haven't paid for the tickets over and again.

I done mine off my laptop, I had an email inviting me to renew, I clicked on the link, took me straight to my reservation, added an address, paid for it and done, all within 2-3 mins, guess ive just got lucky by the sounds of it on here!

I opened my email and did exactly the same. Might have a go via laptop when I get the chance. BiGgEr ScReEn and all that ;D .
-
I have just read the website and it says the linking tickets functionality is unavailable at this time. Though it says it should be operational in time for the sale of tickets.
Can someone who is the phone queue tell them to switch linking tickets on before I join SmethDan in car phone warehouse :D

I had to enter my address too mate, even though it's there ,but after that I was OK. What a ****show of a system. Whoever sanctioned whatever we have paid for that garbage, needs the sack more than Dowling did.

Just tried via my lad's laptop and the site won't accept my password. The same password that logs me in when I'm on the mobile. Unbelievable! If it had been my laptop and not my lad's I'd have been looking for a new laptop too ;D .

If it's any help, I believe you have to log in via your "my albion" account now.
You have to create a my albion account & then link it to your ticketing account.
If you click on tickets on the blue bar at the top of the page & then renew my season ticket from the drop down menu, it explains the process.
Not being a smart**** it's just I started a my albion account to watch the games on ifollow at the beginning of the pandemic.

Linked my accounts when the option to do so became a thing. Cheers all the same though John. Just called the ticket office. The queuing system's full so I don't think it's just me and Liam that are having the same issues ;D .

Finally done via my lad's laptop. Clearing cookies may have done the trick. No idea what kind of sites my son acceses in the privacy of his room.......

Only Albion could go from a bad ticket system to an even worse one
And the really tragic comedy of this is that we might not even be allowed back in to witness and enjoy the season unfold before our very eyes for a good while to come. Rollover tickets for the following season anyone :-X ?
-
I am still having issues with these accounts.
Apparently when I registered my account 12 months ago I used a differing email address to what is held on the ticketing database which may explain my issue.
On their advice, I have gone through the rigmarole of creating another account using the email address they referenced and yet it still does not allow me to link the account.
I am seriously losing the will to live. I’m tempted just to pay the extra tenner but even their phone lines are constantly busy.
Bloody rubbish.
-
My query has now been passed to the developers to resolve..
Good luck folks :D
-
unfortunately i'd paid for mine before COVID 19, had the email saying it's renewed and now i can't join the 'i won't renew until we have a good manager' club
-

You can cancel at anytime and get a full refund.....just saying ;D
-
So how many people have renewed pretty easily without any issues lol
-
Mine went though, seemingly without issue, although mainly because I'd already read on here about the rolled over 'account credit' which wasn't applied until after you clicked on payment - not clear when clicked on the 'buy' button whether the credit was being used or not so a bit more info from the club on that would have been useful.
-

The system isn't very robust, I've just tried to contact the ticket office & can't even get in the queue.
So not very many I'd suggest.
-
Swear they've limited the queue system to like 10 or something ;D

It appears quite a few are having trouble trying to do it on their phone, I done mine on my laptop and all done within a couple of minutes, nice and straightforward!
-

Much less staff to take the calls I would imagine

I've tried doing it on my phone, laptop using 3 different internet browsers, just not happening, now in a queue on the phone

I paid for mine last year & it's just rolled over. I can go into my albion account & see the details.
My mate, isn't very tech savy, so I've got his account on my friends & family. I can see the account listed but I can't get any details.
Now, I've set up a separate my albion account for him which works ok, but it won't let me link his ticket history, so I still can't see the details.
Not sure if this is an off the shelf system or bespoke for WBA, but there's an awful lot of bugs in it at the moment.
-
I never paid last year as I didn't expect there to be any fans let in, just had one in 19/20
I don't get why they changed the system, didn't have any issues with the last one. This looks like it's not even finished but they've just rolled it out anyway
-
Got through, there’s some error code showing for some reason, they don’t even know what it means
They will call me back today or tomorrow (most likely tomorrow)
Sounds like they are getting battered on the phone lines
-
Just as a matter of interest how many are waiting for a managerial appointment before buying ?
-

I don't see how it can make a difference. What if someone gave up their ticket because the new coach was "rubbish" and we then go on to win the league unbeaten? It would be crackers to make that decision without a ball being kicked.
I'll say it again, whoever gets the job has the potential to become a Baggies legend, so, whilst it's one thing to cogitate about their suitability, it would be folly to write them off.

8 digit number (I think) on the front of your stilecard.
-
Ok thanks I’ll give it a go after the game other than that I will have to bite the bullet and go to the ticket office and forfeit the tenner
-
The problem I've got about renewing is all this business about restrictions etc .
Are they going to restrict access to food and drinks, will we have to wear a mask, will there be a limited amount gaining access to the match which would mean if its a 10,000 limit and we have 16,000 season tickets, 6,000 will miss out although they would have paid for the match. Also what happens if they introduce vaccine passports which would make it unfair to the people who have not had or cannot have the vaccine.
They are expecting us to pay out for our ticket without pointing out any of these points.

with new varients appearing all the time country's need to be getting 70 to 80 percent herd immunity for any Hope of going back to normality. Even then we all will probably need booster shots each year.

Come July there should be no restrictions - including no vaccine passports.
We should hopefully return to normal without masks and social distancing etc
I hope...

haven't taken into consideration the opening up of air travel which helped transport this virus, hope travel is restricted for those who are not vaccinated or why did we bother with shut downs and social distancing

You can't discriminate against people just because they haven't had the vaccine.
There's no room in society for any form of discrimination whatsoever !!! That also includes discrimination against people who have not had the vaccination regarding football stadium entrance.
-
We already have a virus topic elsewhere so please keep this to the actual season tickets not any possible restrictions.

Renewed mine online yesterday. Was pleasantly surprised that it all worked out well 8)
-
How long have we got left before the discount runs out?
Balancing waiting for the new manager to be announced against my built into my DNA need to renew no matter what (especially to keep my beloved seat in the Smethwick)
-
Check Frank but think it's 7th July

See you there Frank ;) .

Anyone know roughly how many have sold, seems to be helluva lot.
Had a quick butchers yesterday and Smeth, Halfords and many blocks in the Brummie and ES pretty much sold out.
15,000?

All reserved until 2nd week of July. That's effectively a stadium sales map from 2019/20.
-
Good point Chaps.
-
my lad's back from Uni, we gave up our tickets when he started (which happened to coincide with Pulis era), we'll be returning this year so that'll be +2 on last year's total :-)
-
Will be renewing my 2 for the 22nd consecutive year.
All that money....
My son wants an away s/t too - cannot see it can you?
-
I'll now be renewing mine this weekend, see you there at some point Dan
-
Bought mine last night , first time since Pulis!

If they lift the restrictions in July then yes, after all they are allowing 140,000 at the British Grand Prix.

60k in Wembley too next week.
If things are lifted then that’s it. There won’t be a half half approach.

I hope your right but before I renew my ticket I have just been reading the terms and conditions and item 2.5 was a bit disturbing. I can understand why the club has had to put that condition in but it doesn't sit comfortably with me. Its in connection with testing, vaccines etc.
-
I’ve done my home (30years) but haven’t seen my away offered. Will do it if if possible but if I was in a position of influence I wouldn’t allow away fans this year
-
Renewed mine and my nephews today. Can’t wait
-

No offence intended Carol, but thank goodness you're not.
-
Purely from an infection cross-spreading point of view you don’t want people going cross country and mixing. Add to that that possibility of avoiding full crowds - doesn’t make any sense to have away fans anywhere.
But I’m not in government so clearly I am sensible
-
I think the Government have to be very careful about how many fans they allow into grounds. The danger of infection is not so much when everyone is seated, its at the entry points, on public transport and coaches and where there is queueing.
Apparently about 100 Finnish fans were infected on their trip to St Petersburg and Danish home fans infected in Copenhagen, despite being tested pre-match.

What makes sense is to get back to normal as soon as possible. No restrictions. This includes capacity crowds and away fans.

It does make sense but with this government and the fame seeking medical experts I can't see that happening for years. It wouldn't surprise me if they pushed for another winter lockdown !!

Just been to the ground to renew my STs, then I thought I would go to the shop to buy my grandson a shirt as it will be his first time at the Hawthorns this year, only to find the shop still shut. Don't they want our trade or something? Four others tried the same as me in the short time I was there, much discussion and mirth ensued.
The cynical side of me thinks that they don't want to pay staff to work in the shop and hope that all the loyal fans will buy online......
-
Just done mine on the phone, tried to do it on line for the last 3 days but to no avail, I am an old git though.
The lad on the ticket call was a great help, fingers crossed now for some good signings.
-
Did mine on Sunday and used the link to my account in the email reminder I received in the middle of last week and about four mouse clicks later the deed was done. Hopefully the best £269.00 I will have spent in the last year and a half!

That's probably true, I get sick of deleting the emails they keep sending trying to flog stuff.
Sundays seems to be the favourite time, urging you to buy the 'bargains' before midnight.

We've signed up with SecuTix to migrate our ticketing system to the blockchain. Should mean everything Albion (and beyond) can be managed by a single phone app.

says it's being rolled out for this season, so don't be surprised if you don't get a new style card in the mail.

There going to have to have alternatives for those that don't have or don't take their phones to games
-
Not everybody uses their phones for Apps or internet related stuff. I certainly don't.
-

I can never get a signal on mine in and around the ground
Edited to add yes it is a fairly old one, like me, but is allegedly a 'smart phone'

I used a bar code on my phone for the WHU game.
Agree, it's not very good on normal match days, but don't they just have to install signal boosters?, or perhaps it's on a totally separate network (like the smart meter network)

Exactly what I was told at the ticket office the other day.

Just renewed our three again :)
Once Albion, always Albion !

It is a very long time since I was a regular at the Hawthorns, is there any way a grandad can take his grandson (5) to see our Baggies?
His mom and his uncle are Liverpoo diehards.
Hopefully there should be a "concession" to help generate new support.

Online says a season ticket for an under 11 is from £49.
So maybe you should get him one and then just take him as often as you can. Take him 5 times or more and its a bargain?! Not sure if you qualify for a "Senior" ticket? If so the pair of you are £370 for the season or so (£16 a game, which is a great deal to be fair, if you've got the money)
Link to it here - https://tickets.wba.co.uk/selection/subscription?productId=101454448298https://tickets.wba.co.uk/selection/subscription?productId=101454448298
I commend you for trying to undo the brainwashing from the red "scouse" element.
-
If you are looking for a one off, you can get tickets ad-hoc, it will be unlikely for A games but against less attractive teams you will get tickets, just phone the ticket office, I would recommend getting a membership (£10?) which helps you when tickets are being prioritised and posted out or collected from ticket office on match day
With grandson I would go for seats near front of east stand there are usually a few gaps there
It is your duty to the lads future to make this happen 😉

Anyone else having problems renewing online?
My son's ticket is there as reserved but I cannot see my own.
Just tried ticket office and I cannot even join the queue...

I had problems online so I went to the ticket office, only way for me I'm afraid.
I lost the will to live online to be honest....
-
Thanks SmethDan and skyclad.
I was half worried they had cancelled my ticket because I sent a letter of complaint...
I am aware another ST holder was told he had to apologise to the club or be banned after sending a complaint email.😳

Damned cheek!
What did he complain about?
-
Seriously?

What did he complain about?
Ineptitude. Bilic sacked in the way he did.
He did use the odd swear word but wasn't abusive. The club did more than that but I don't want to say publicly because they will identify him. I told him to go to the press but he didn't want to lose his seats.
-

You are correct. Couldn't renew both online on my phone but when I went to a laptop they were there. Thank goodness.
-
A friend of mine went to the ticket office today to renew his family's tickets, and said there was a long queue, of people who had tried to renew online, got through to make payment and the bank details were not recognised.Poor system if you cannot pay with any valid card.
-
I renewed my season ticket in March 2020 with the early bird offer then they were taken off sale due to the Pandemic. I have had a letter from the club saying there is nothing that I do need to do and I will receive my new stilecard ahead of the 2021/22 season. I hope I can trust them after reading this some of these comments. :o

Pretty much in the same boat (I haven't had a letter though). I didn't do anything and my account shows the season ticket as paid on June 9th.

Had a bit of trouble with the system trying to renew my season ticket. However, emailed the office and have now sorted it. All renewed for another exciting season in the East Stand..By the time we return I think it will be a full 18 months since any of us will have seen a home game. I have to say I am feeling quite excited.

On general sale now, ST start at £359 for adults so £30 more than early bird. Not too bad.

Plenty of tickets available. Looks like renewal figures must be low.

I'm fence sitting at the moment as i don't know what will be happening with my job, but as it stands i'll probably hold off and like i have for a fair few seasons 'pick and choose' my games, and fully understand i cant complain if it sells out. 359 for an adult ST is not too shabby at all though.

-
Are we supposed to be getting new stile cards this season?
yes we are. it's on the O/S.
https://www.wba.co.uk/news/202122-season-tickets-now-general-sale
Season tickets for the 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign are now on general sale following the closure of the highly successful Early Bird window.
As the dawn of the Valérien Ismaël era approaches, Baggies fans can secure their seat for every home league game, with a season ticket continuing to offer some of the best value for money in football with adult prices starting at just £15.61 per game.
Following the government’s recent announcement to allow stadiums to operate at full capacity for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in March 2020, now is the perfect time to head home to The Hawthorns and reunite with your Albion family.
Adult prices from £359, an increase of £30 on Early Bird prices
Under 11s from just £55 throughout the stadium, an increase of £6
Buy online at tickets.wba.co.uk for the cheapest prices
The club’s ticketing website, tickets.wba.co.uk, offers the best value to supporters purchasing a season ticket, with online sales £10 cheaper than via the ticket office or by telephone.
Match ticket prices will be announced in the coming weeks, but a season ticket will continue to offer the best value for Baggies fans hoping to attend The Hawthorns regularly this season.
New stilecards will be issued to all 2021/22 season ticket holders prior to the start of the season.

Doesnt look that great to me. Looking at the stadium map thing there isnt one single block completely sold out. I'd expect the central areas in the East and West stands and the block at the back of the Smethwick to be sold out.
I'd like to know how many weve sold so far but I ain't counting that lot.
-
the dawn of the Valérien Ismaël era
I cringe when I read stuff like that, seems all too often to signal a problem coming down the road.
-
Any idea on how many we have shifted ?

If you've got the time you can pretend to buy a season ticket and click on each block in each stand and count the number of seats available and add them up.

Talking to a Derby mate of mine and they aren't issuing season tickets at all this year.
Existing season ticket holders will have first dabs on buying tickets on a match by match basis.
Could be underlying problems there.

i could be wrong but, i think a lot of that is to do with HMRC and Derby not paying them so any incoming money would've been wanted by them. Also with continuing talks of a sale the current owner has been close to selling twice for it to fall through and is currently in talks with a third.
does look a right mess there however.
they'll probably still beat us 1-0 with a goal off someones backside.
-
As at 7pm this evening Tickets available:
East Stand 2511
Woodman 140
Millenium 139
Smethwick 192
2982
Someone else may do the Halfords & Brummie if they wish, me i've got the yederk

9 first team players, only allowed to sign free's and not allowed to offer more than 1 year contracts - I'd say that's a pretty bad situation.
And then Rooney's latest antics.....(including clattering one of the 9 players he has who could be out for 3 months)

Hmmm, our surnames begin with Y and two of our three season tickets arrived today. I think it's based on order of sale given Mrs. SmethDan's HST was bought later and hasn't arrived yet. That or it's on the way via the Boomerang Express.

Arrived yesterday thankfully
Also got a flyer for WBATV+ which rather oddly offers me, as a season ticket holder, free access to livestream all home games! Where on earth do they think I'm going to be during home games?
-
Mine has arrived as well.
Cant wait for the season to start now.
COME ON YOU BAGGIES!

The wife's new season ticket has arrived..... minus the photo which took forever and a day to upload. Never mind, it wasn't the most flattering of images. It could have uncurdled cheese back into milk ;D .

mines arrived with my photo from 14 years ago on it and not the new one uploaded a month or so back.
the ticketing system for away tickets not letting me buy 2 and apply the person in the friends and family section to a ticket then followed by 45 minutes sat in a phone queue to buy the same tickets and told 'the system will probably be sorted after a few games' ffs

Had exactly the same issue with season tickets and tickets for Blues (and yes it gave me serious blues, and reds, purples and even foam at the mouth). As ticket platforms go it's the most unwieldy I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Sack of brown smelly stuff.
-
Mine arrived today. ;D
-
As did mine. I should see plenty of the ball ….. I’m in row Z :D
-
This has turned out to be a right farce..
Children's season tickets have been sent out with the photos of other children on...
-
When I go on the site and try to add friends and family …it is just impossible
So I’ve given up.

Any idea on amount of tickets sold for upcoming slog in Championship?

Anyone still having problems? My son paid for his on July 7 and it was sent to an address he left 3 years ago and had been updated on the old system He still doesnt have a new style card and his account cant be linked, does anyone know why this is so bad is it a new system.?
I gave my season ticket up after 30 years due to Pulis football and tried to buy one today but I dont have an account its gone so I reetered my details as a new user but it said there is already an account for these details so log in but I cant so I just wont bother as its so frustrating our online system I gave up!

I cannot link my ST to the new profile. Lost the will to live on the computer so went to see them at the ticket office. Renewed my ST's and was promised that the issue would be sorted. It wasn't so I wrote to them to explain, my query was referred to the ticket office, I think you know the rest.
So I could not apply for a bluenose friendly ticket as my ST was not in my account, despite my stile cards being sat on my kitchen table. Joke of a club.
-
I can feel a ticket moaning mega thread coming along :D
I am dreading buying tickets to be honest
-
My mate wanted a ticket for Luton today, couldn’t get one online as the payment wouldn’t process and phone lines were permanently ‘full’ so he couldn’t get one that way. In the end he has given up, can’t be bothered with it.
-
I'm going to the Sheffield United game. Will purchase my ticket online in the next few days. Let's see how bad this is.

It was a bit Epic of Gilgamesh but I got mine eventually. I see it as divine punishment for not having a season ticket for the first time in 25 years.
-
I aye one to moan but after trying to purchase a extra ticket on line for the Sheffield United game I am going to moan, you need a bloody degree in computer technology so I gave up. I then phone the ticket office dead on 10.am and did get through but I was number 10 in the call queue, and as I am typing this I am still waiting for someone to answer. >:(
It aye the girls / lads fault that are behind the counter in the ticket office, it's someone who who set up this system who needs to face the music. >:(
Another moan, >:( The telephone line is rubbish I could hardly hear the operator >:(

What’s happened over the last 18 months? I’ll be honest up until a few weeks ago when I went to purchase a Walsall ticket I can’t say I’ve had any problem with Albion ticketing system.
Walsall was a nightmare, Blues was fine I must say but now getting a Luton ticket for a mate is looking impossible.

Had big problems trying to get through on the phone to the ticket office originally to renew three season tickets.
However, we wanted to change seats so went up in person last weekend and today received our changed stilecards, no problem at all.
No problem getting my Walsall ticket originally and the refund is now back into my a/c.

Had a problem with incorrect name on Stile card; emailed them and replacement cards were issued within a week.
Re: how many sold ... looks like a fair few sold since the last count , I reckon we must be at around 19K now but can't be arsed to count the 'available' seats

Fair play to the ticket office. They get quite a bit of stick but somebody in there has used their noggin ! My half season ticket arrived today despite the ticket office saying they wouldn’t be posted out until after todays game :D ;)
