I am looking forward to the day when we have several former Academy players in the first team squad. Judging by the talent coming through this day may not be that far away.

I would really love to see Thorne playing for us in a few years time, knowing that he came through our ranks.

It takes time but will I am sure produce results.

It will help us to keep the better players now that we have gained 'Elite' status, instead of other clubs coming along and poaching them.
