In tonights Dingle the takeover has been forwarded  to the Football League, supposed to go through in about four days.
A few months after Morgan quit they are being taken over by a billionaire....meanwhile, back at the Hawthorns....

Whilst I share your frustration over this I think as Albion fans we have to patient. Wolves are being sold purely due to the fact the owner wants desperately out and they are being sold for far less than what peace wants. If I was a wolves fan, though I'd be excited about the billionaire coming in, I'd be concerned about what his plans were with regards to Ac Milan and why would he want wolves. But we'll see. The reality of this is one day peace will sell up, he'll have to but if the price of us it to high which would feel it is, blues will probably be sold before us. We will see

Patient? Are we anything but? We had to wait 18 months to sign Matty Phillips.

I don't see how Wolves can quickly return from their current malaise, surely under the financial fair play rules, the money they can receive is limited and less than a club receiving parachute payments.

FFP is a bit of a laughing stock. Watford and Bournemouth abused it for years and haven't been punished. Likewise Derby and Wednesday are still spending big in the Championship with no problems.

Why not? 2 Chinese billionaires buying them worth a combined £15 billion. That's a lot of money to have backing you.
Ohhhhh Albion we love you!

Will probably work out well for them. The ffp rules are changing this year so its now pretty easy to buy your way out of the league if you want too.
Apart from having a couple of friends who are Wolves fans making me aware of this story I really don't care what they do.
I care as much about Wolves as I care about Ipswich, Carlisle, Shamrock rovers and Fc Basel

Would that be a british record for a championship side in terms of fees?

All paper talk obviously.

Who wouldn't pick Wolves over Liverpool? Everyone. Everyone is the answer to that question.

I think Kenny asked what Jez wanted to drink, Moxey said "get me a Talisker" and the dings got all over excited, bless 'em!

Firstly, now that clubs know they have money they will put outlandish prices on ordinary players.

Secondly, would any player who is actually worth £21m want to play in the Championship?

Thirdly, Jez Moxey is still there. :)
