Did you go with the now tv £25 per month pass, as I looked at that, but it seemed to be for 3 months, so in effect £75, but footy only on for the first month?
I got the Now Tv pass, yes £25 a month, but I will cancel it at end of the first month and get one day for the last match of on.

So iFollow was a disaster and would not allow access so much for not getting a season ticket refund. Apparently it was the same deal for all clubs then they wondered why the thing got overloaded and wouldnt work so that was a waste of time.
Who is responsible for the crowd noise? us or sky as watching on sky the "crowd" was awful such as sounds of
Yanited
Yanited
England England England
the the most stupid irritating one repeated over and over was
"When the mist rolls in from the Ocean" etc

well it must have rolled a long way

What idiot put these weird sounds on the broadcast?
Just watched Cardiff v Leeds and that crowd noise was brilliant so why was ours so pathetic?
The easiest thing in the world was to allow all supporters that took this to have one of the friendliest free so they could test capacity
I don’t rate I follow at all following Cardiff away...so glad I have sky
If youre going to get told off, get told off for doing something not for doing nothing..

I had some Slavic sounding commentary on my stream, but still had the crowd noise consisting of some song I've never heard at the Albion before. Was getting on my nerves after 90 minutes. Much more authentic listening to the coaching staff and players. The stream was a pain, but for once the opposition team didn't score when the stream was down, as usually happens.

£25 per month. My lad's done this month and I'll be paying for the next one.

Thanks for that, but what I wanted to know mate is do you have to do the 3rd month too when there is no football?

The offers seems to suggest £25 for 3 months minimum commitment, and just wondered if it would allow you to cancel after 2 months because sky  haven't got any champions league or europa games in August (the 3rd month in effect)?

My son set the subscription up. He assures me it's month by month with no tie in for a third.

Watched the AV vs CFC game this afternoon without dubbed crowd noise. It was weird at first, but soon got used to it,
Prefer it now to the dubbed sound.

Quality was better than I anticipated

i don't have access to The Athletic report, but Albion will bring streaming in-house from next season, whether we are promoted or not.

I have had iFollow for our 2 seasons in the Championship; being in the US, it sounded pretty good, although I thought the terms were a little harsh for supporters in the UK. Turns out I was a victim of our success as our matches are frequently flexed over 'for television' to Sky. Well, those matches are blacked out in the US. I assume it's because Sky has some sort of relationship with ESPN because all of those matches are shown on their platform, ESPN+. So the good news is I get to see every match, the bad news is I need 2 subscriptions; iFollow costs 160 give or take for the season, ESPN+ is 5.99 a month. I'm going to guess that last season around a third of the matches were on Sky and this season it's gotta be getting close to half. I'm really getting hosed on the iFollow subscription. (iFollow has yet to offer a refund for matches not shown >:(, not holding my breath.)
I also subscribe to The Athletic and their article was very enlightening, especially the number of teams that have opted out. I'm thrilled that we'll have a bespoke streaming service next year. In the US, we get all of the Premier League games on NBC; although unless you are playing one of the top 6 those matches are on their online platform, NBC Gold (50 per season). You read that right, you get to watch the big boys for free but have to pay to watch mid-table and lower teams.
Worth every penny!

West Bromwich Albion Football Club will not stream any Premier League games live at home or abroad. That I can guarantee.

I wasn't expecting we would get that, I'm sure that whoever has the Premier League rights would not allow it. Replays, maybe, and a time gap on those. I will get to see them one way or another, whatever league.

I hate it, and not just because of the results.

It's terrible, behind real time - I got a notification from the Albion app about the full time result from Brentford a good 3 minutes before the game actually finished on my tv. And as for trying to cast it to the TV, that's a complete waste of time.

It's times like this I wonder why I live within the rules, and don't pirate everything.

Watched the first two games on sky, so this was my first on ifollow.

It's better than nothing but I wouldn't buy it, mine froze quite a lot, but re-started where it froze (I believe that's why it gets behind real time)
As others have said, I knew about the second goal from a bbc alert quite a while before it came up on ifollow.

Thought it was okay. Quality isn't worth a tenner and commentary beyond awful.
