« on: August 16, 2018, 03:56:21 PM »
Our options are -

Villa
Blackburn
Blackpool
Derby
Doncaster
Everton
Fleetwood
Huddersfield
Hull
Leeds
Leicester
Lincoln
Macclesfield
Mansfield
Middlesbrough
Newcastle
Forest
Preston
Rochdale
Rotherham
Stoke
Walsall
Wolves
Sunderland/sheff wed

I'd like a trip to Mansfield or Blackpool or a home game against Walsall
Hopefully avoid a fellow championship side

Genuine question but why wolves? People kept wanting them in the FA cup last season but they would batter us at the moment and imagine there fans then. Let’s have a nice easier home draw and get through.

I don't want them, but I think they want us as they think they can settle a score 1-5 to be exact  :o

I don’t get it either.
Wanted to get them last several years when we had better team and in premier league.
Now they have best team in 50! Years and we have a poor one, no thanks
Whenever we are playing badly, just remember -
Paul Chrichton,Neil Parsley, Andy Mcdermott, Scott Darton, Winston White,Mark Angel, Fabian DeFreitas, Paul Williams......now, do you feel better?

Not a bad draw at all in terms of giving the youth a bit more experience.

Last played them in 1992-93 season (also the only season we have played them)

and Mansfield Town have never scored a competitive goal against us...  ;D

Surely this will be played on Tuesday 28th? Any ideas when we can expect tickets for this one?

Good draw.  Another chance to use some of the youth and give them game time.

I really aint one to question the moderators but surely this one can be kept to discuss our actual match and the one in the ‘general sports’ for all the other matches. That’s the way it usually is. Unless I’ve mossed a load of posts in this thread about other games

There was already discussion about this match in the other thread. There will be a match day thread to discuss this game in due time.
