Sky Sports Transfer Deadline programme
« on: August 09, 2018, 03:51:56 PM »
I recall that a few years ago Sky’s Transfer Deadline programme was must viewing. Not any more. It’s like the rest of Sky TV - repeats, repeats and more repeats. I would rather watch paint dry. It’s time to consign this programme and painful Jim White to the bin - unless, of course, they bring back the gorgeous Natalie Sawyer.

Wonder whatever happened to Natalie. As you say gorgeous.

Gone to Talksh***e apparently......
What have we done?
And what have we become
In this distance from our Mother
From the gates of late Eden?

Those breasts of hers are wasted on radio  ;D .
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

She left Sky under a cloud for some reason, no goodbye on screen or anything and no mention of her leaving until her last how had been on. Not the same anymore but on the bright side Jo Wilson is still there  :D

Perhaps there should be a new topic opened, an appreciation of Natalie Sawyer?

I think the problem with the deadline day programme is they had a couple of good seasons where there were some genuinely big transfers going on, and it’s now not living up to the hype any more. Clubs are keeping their business close to their chests now more and more and the amount of deadline day signings seems to be decreasing, meaning that you end up with the same hashed rumours and potential moves to fill the space of not much else happening

Natalie Sawyer also co-hosting the Times' "The Game" podcast with Gabriel Marcoti; having hosted their shows throughout the World Cup. Unfortunately for most of you this is again an audio only medium.

Maybe can get to see her down in Brentford.
