With GDPR coming into effect by the end of next month, will we see any changes to the forum?

I wasn't sure what the acronym GDPR stood for, so I googled it and found the link below, hope this helps others similarly puzzled

My understanding, If an individual asks you to delete their personal data you will have to have an auditable trail to show you have done so.
I cannot remember what data you request to "approve" a user. I suspect it will be very light touch for a site like this.  :D

There should not be a lot to do, but happy to support if you need any help our advice.  There is quite a lot of guidance on the ICO site if anyone is interested.. or finding it difficult to sleep at night.

It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

GDPR was agreed in April 2016.

It’s also applicable to companies in any country in the world that handles European citizen data, not which country the company is from
