Presume we have paid off much of the remainder of his contract. Another woeful TP signing.

Really don't know why you say that. We had Foster injured with a severe knee injury and we needed an experienced number 2 until he returned. We didn't know if Ben would be able to recover fully enough to play again, so how you can call it a 'woeful' signing is beyond me

he was a cover signing, much like Lee Camp was.

Yet more Pulis bashing for the sake of it he was only ever a back up goalkeeper to Myhill while Foster was injured but no doubt the fact he was an experienced keeper would have meant Myhill knew he had to perform well otherwise he would have been dropped.

A cover signing who we had at the club for a couple of months, loaned out for the rest of his time whilst we continued to pay his wage and then paid up his contract to terminate early and it is not a bad signing?

As ever people we are all allowed our own views but that doesn't mean happy clapper / doom and gloom remarks are wanted or needed aimed at other members.

Don't see the issue with it, he was signed purely as a back up to Myhill at a time when Foster seemed to not be coming along as he shoud with his injury leaving Myhill and a youngster. Better to get someone in rather than have issues if Myhill got injured leaving a youngster and scrambling round to get a bit of experience in.

I'm sure there would have been plenty of abuse heading to the club if that had happened.

Did we need to sign experienced cover for Myhill last year? Yes.
Have we spent too much money doing it taking into account we paid a proportion of his contract off? Probably.
Was it the worst signing of recent years? No.
Do I blame Pulis? Not really

Never had a problem with his signing. I think the only thing we could question was that he was given a 2 year deal, think a better option might have been a 1 + 1 in the clubs favour

That may have been down to Anders's agent saying... 2 years or nothing.

Let's be thankful that we didn't spend £5m on David Marshall instead.
