Our football club at all levels needs a damn good shaking. Chairman, Board of Directors, Director of football Manager/Head Coach, club captain are all failing to provide any sort of leadership on or off the field that the fans can see and relate to. We are drifting toward the rocks of relegation and nobody has the nuts or gumption to do anything about it imho, this leaves us just drifting along with the dead wood banking their wages from the comfort zone of The Hawthorns and no not all the dead wood are players !! >:( :( :( >:(

we have four first team coaches at the Albion at this moment and from what i watched yesterday i would get rid of the lot and save about 120 thousand a year, then go and get a decent One and his side kick.
I honestly believe we have a better squad than we have had for a while and wonder if the players would rather be playing more expansive football.
