Can we have a raffle for the interest it's generating then? £200 million even at 0.5% would be a nice little earner. (about 80k per month)

It would be of no earner, because of inflation.

We wouldn't have just switched balls, the whole list would have changed meaning it's impossible to determine oour opponents...  ;D

Nope. The ball numbers are alphabetical.

Taking away Northampton would remove a slot, pushing spurs down to 25 and us to 26.

26 drew Gillingham.

incorrect, we would of had a different ball number to Northampton.

From a quick look we would of become ball 26, facing Gillingham at home.

Amazed that we haven't sold our 1000 allocation yet, very poor in what was always going to be a massive game.

They create a great atmosphere at home, we need to match them.

My dad grabbed another ticket yesterday and they told him we had sold around 1500, So I presume we have exceeded the initial 1,000 but they haven't updated the website.

I've got three I can't use. Excellent seats, q3, row h. Held out hope till last minute but not going to be able to go.

I'd really like to shift them in one go, if possible, and they'll need collecting from my house in Erdington (2 miles from villa park).

So, does anybody want 3?

Yes, definitely to all 3. See PM

That's from before the West Ham game.

I can't comment on others, but brunt is definitely on 5 after the west ham game.

From what I can gather, Anelkas 'mate' the comedian created the 'salute' as his own criticism of israels policies and actions (coined anti establishment and anti-zionist), which certain people including zionists have took as a mass attack of anti-semitic hate.. but on the back of this a lot of genuine anti semitics have started using the gesture which has taken away the original message it was created for which was to politically critise israel...I THINK

I'm trying to convince myself to be honest that Anelka was just genuinly being naive and that's about the best I can come up with. Regardless, I think Anelka's a twit.

From Ifeanyi Abanum ?@ifeanyiabanu on twitter:

Osaze Odemwingie has hinted to Russian Media he could depart the Baggies in the summer market

Odemwingie's first choice is to remain the English Premiership, but is not ruling out a return to Russia.

'I have discussed my decision with the mgt of West Brom. They know that I honestly struggled for two seasons for the team,'' says Odemwingie

''I hope for understanding from the club. I think we agree - and I leave the club, maintaining good relations with all,'' said Odemwingie

Odemwingie adds:''You ask whether I would be considering proposals from Russia? And why not? I repeat, the Ist option for me is the EPL.''

reading such quotes making me start to feel uneasy about the upcoming season now.

seems in a matter of weeks we've potentially lost hodgson, foster, olsson and odemwingie

Martinez's teams play their best football when it matters the most, and twice in a row proves it's not a fluke. It is no small thing to turn over Arsenal and Manchester United when they actually are playing for something (the title and CL place) rather than catching them off guard by some fluke statistical result.

wouldn't a very good manager having them performing consistently all through the season?
