West Bromwich Albion FC / Last Home game against Arsenal
« on: April 10, 2012, 09:50:52 AM »
Some of the players might be leaving the club coming to the end of their contracts so why don't we honour all players for another successful season with flags of the countries they were born in.Can you imagine how proud they would be.Something simple like a hand flag on a stick maybe

West Bromwich Albion FC / How does loosing affect your evening
« on: February 02, 2012, 02:43:29 PM »
If the Albion loose on a Saturday afternoon how do you come to terms with it.Does it totally spoil the rest of your weekend. I suppose some drive to beachy head and others kick the cat.

Seriously though how serious does loosing affect you?

West Bromwich Albion FC / Stand, Statue or Other
« on: January 19, 2012, 01:32:13 PM »
Me personally i would like to see a Statue.Something that is permanent.Something that will draw us fans and even away fans too. A permanent shrine next to Jeff's Gates would be awesome
Like someone has already said a stand can be knocked down or the name of a ground this day an age can easily be changed.

Other could be anything such as a mural, what about Bomber way like Wembley.Any  ideas would be fun and interesting i am sure

Sick & tired of it.It should be stopped in my humble. They should all concentrate on their job in hand.
At least with Mark Hughes in charge at QPR he might put a stop to Joey Barton Twatering 12 times a day and getting Leary

Call me an old fart and get with the times but the last thing i want to hear about is how they spend their Personnel wealth

West Bromwich Albion FC / Bomber to get a statue!
« on: December 14, 2011, 01:39:02 PM »
Yes i know its been said a million times in a million threads but with Arsenal unveiling 3 statues last week its brought it to my attention again.
Not many clubs without a statue outside their place is there.

Tony Browns record of most appearances and most goals scored will never ever be beaten.
I want to worship this man and what better way than have a statue of our biggest legend. I want all supporters home or away to see this club have acknowledged his achievements properly and what i mean by that not just a room named after him

West Bromwich Albion FC / Our captain
« on: October 30, 2011, 10:15:27 AM »
Probably the least motivational captain i have ever known in my 35 years supporting the Albion.
We need men who are capable of rallying the troops when needs be.
Our captain just shrugs his shoulders and buries his head in the sand

Is Stuart Pearce.HOOOOOOOF. Whats the betting Beckham will be part of the squad

I hear.
Good or bad? would you be in favour of this?

For me this would kill the game. Can you imagine how many dead games towards the end of the season.
Killing the dream of other teams too

General Football & Sports / Name & Shame

West Bromwich Albion FC / Roy's brand of football
« on: September 15, 2011, 01:35:20 PM »
What is officially Roys brand of football, what is he notorious for in his style, i would say more difficult to beat and possibly more direct.Other teams fans now see us as a long ball team possibly
Folks lets face it, its not the brand we have been use to over the last four seasons or more but its reality and possibly going to be more effective.
I hear some of you cry if we keep playing like we did at Norwich and all that.

Roy will consolidate us for another term at least before he possibly moves on to pastures green but alot of games aint going to be pretty to watch so deal with it  :)
