A tad early i know but the front runner has to be Spain :).A week in the sun watching some pre season warm ups sounds ideal to me. You never know but our nation might by world champions by then. expect to see the boys get some warm weather training after the Fulham game. Has the Sunderland game been re arranged yet?

West Bromwich Albion FC / Club Sponsor
« on: January 20, 2014, 03:32:28 PM »
On the back of news today that Zoopla are not renewing it made me think about all other sponsors we have had over the years, can you name them all?

Can anybody remember our first ever Shirt sponsor, was it the no smoking one? Whats the worst sponsor for you, remember Coucher & Shaw

T mobile has to be to date our most high profile or would you disagree.

Who's name would you like to see on our shirts next season. Wouldn't it be funny if we could attract Tesco

West Bromwich Albion FC / Our most high profile signing ever
« on: July 04, 2013, 12:44:40 PM »
Been thinking with the possible capture of Anelka. Who would you say is our most high profile signing ever.

Will start with David Mills and Peter Barnes, maybe even Johnny Giles or possibly Kanu. Keep them coming.

Have we ever had a player parade, a mass turnout of fans at the Hawthorns down to an individual signing

General Football & Sports / Your love for football
« on: February 01, 2013, 02:36:39 PM »
With all the goings on over the last few weeks(Odemwonga etc) does it change your love for football.
Basically is anyone falling out of love with the game.
I must admit since England got back from South Africa i don't have the urge to watch internationals anymore.
I cant see me not wanting not to watch the Albion ever but it does leave a sour taste that's for sure

A little early i know :) but i enjoyed Sweden and Denmark so much last year i need to give her in doors some notice.Any ideas of possible locations this summer. How about  somewhere like the Costa's, that would suit me down to the ground.Playing teams like Valencia and Malaga.
I have heard a rumour its the States again.Scotland would be different

Whats your preferred choice?

West Bromwich Albion FC / Next seasons extra financial gain
« on: January 15, 2013, 09:24:00 AM »
As we now know there will be more money in the game from next season. So i can understand teams busting a gut to stay in this division. How much money exactly? and where is it going to be spent at the Albion, better players like Lukaku for example, Ground extension possibly? The possibility of season ticket reductions at all grounds to keep grounds near capacity.Anyone see the spare seats at Arsenal against Man City.I think people will start falling out of Love with football if Players get more money in their pay packet

General Football & Sports / Ticket Reductions
« on: January 09, 2013, 10:58:52 AM »
Are we likely to see admission prices at the turnstiles reduced from next season. Will / do clubs rely on gate money anymore.
With the billions coming into the game next season from TV revenue that will more than cover costs surely.
Where is this extra money going to go, players wages, i hope not

General Football & Sports / Worst Ref & Best Ref Ever
« on: January 08, 2013, 04:02:19 PM »
Cant remember the worst ref but didnt we heap praise on Mr Singh then he went and retired.

What was that refs name, i think it was against Sheff Wed, Tony Mowbray i remember lost his rag.

Lets have your good and bad refs including international.Baldy with the eyes from Italy probaly one of the best.
What about Graham Poll Did he once issue 2 yellows without sending him off
