Well it was draw and we controlled the game I felt though at times it was a close contest god Newcastle are terrible but we are worse if we can't beat them last I heard Fulham were beating Liverpool just put R next to our name as we now can't get closer to them

Don't let it eat your insides out mate.
Not his fault he's ugly and unfair to label the lad a scumbag. Unless you have inside knowledge of course.
Not his fault that we have been ripped off by Barca either.
Imagine your 16 and one of the best clubs in the world offer your mom and dad a new house and car, and you £16k a week if you sign for them.
Would you turn that down?
If someone offered me that at 17 now I would take it though now my Parents are doing alright and I have never really cared if we have a flash house or Car but if I got offered 16K and a chance to possibly play alongside Messi or to even see him and then play for an Iconic Club I would take it and run.

I have always said I would support Big Sam I didn't really want him but as many others on here said Who else except for someone worse than him were we going to get. Maybe Nigel Pearson but with our board that would be a no so I backed him I had my doubts when we doing badly then a day which I will never forget Wolves 2 - 3 Baggies I don't remember our 5-1 Victory over them as I was young and didn't really follow Football I supported us and played it but wasn't very good at it or even understood the rules of it. So Big Sam gave me a memory of beating the Wolves allowing me to brag. But now things are looking ok We are showing fight Okay looks good if we can buy him he will be the best purchase we have made except for Pereira we look like we have finally been given a kick up the backside and 10 lashes of a belt to whip us into Shape. My dad said Big Sam was always good at finding these obscure players and turning them into decent players, I can now see what he means. If you would have asked me if I wanted him in the Championship a month ago I would have said no. Now I don't think it would be to bad. He won't do what Bilic or Big Dave did in reuniting this mess of a Club with the fans and giving us great spectacles and decent Football. But he will make sure that if we go up from the Championship that we will be alright to stay up allowing the Owner to finally sell and then Big Sam has left a Springboard for someone like Slav or Big Dave to return or come in take the basic tools we have add there own flair to it and start to attack teams. So I can see Big Sam as a Short term solution for a long term plan that this board won't have but the next might.

We need a few favours today.

Come on Arsenal, Sheffield United and Leicester!!!
I don't think we want Sheffield to win they could overtake if they do and right now we don't need that unless they have Fulham but even then pointless really we will be fighting even harder to overtake them again to then get back within a Chance. The best outcome will be a draw and if we beat Newcastle we could then get closer

This is a Must Win in two ways 1 The Great Escape though not likely to happen and 2 because Bruce is an Ex Villa Manager so we need to beat him and not look like fools for a guy who couldn't them promoted with Grealish in the side. We need our boss fro.m the old tried and tested bunch to beat there tried and tested manager this is what this game is Tried and Tested Vs Tried and Tested in other words a Slugfest of boring Football to feast your eyes on a Sunday afternoon

Go back to College on Wednesday can't wait to get up at 7AM which I have been doing anyway head out in the snow sit on a Freezing Cold Bus then get on a Packed one to bring normality back to my life. This lockdown especially last few weeks the strains of sitting in front of screens all day is taking it's toll I've been out twice once when we entered Tier 4 if not start of lockdown to get PSN and 1 during half term to go out with my dad shopping. But I've had Headaches, Muscle Pains like Toes, Ankles, Achilles, Shoulder and Calf or Hamstring. My neck has been sore The other night I got up to go to the toilet and I felt my neck just ache my back is always uncomfortable aching so on. My eyes have tiered up I've battled numerous Colds. But I kept a realtive normal routine woke up 7AM washed, brushed teeth then went back to bed then I was up once my dad woke up. Oh and a few times Stress and anxiety roll on my Stepmum has the Vaccine soon she is a Key worker but is over 50. My dad has his after and my Step Sister who moved out and we don't really see anymore long complicated reasons has had it she is Frontline NHS staff and Asthmatic but she has had Covid my dad told me she had it. I don't know if she has had the Vaccine but I'd image she has.

It does, his brother is a Vile fan! 8)
Also head if of the FA I know he is involved as he was at Wembley for FA Cup Finals. On the subject of other famous/figureheads who support our Rivals I think David Cameron was a Villa Fan to

I'm pleased we have a royal family only for the reason that a presidential system would be far more political as every president would come with their own political baggage.
The royal family, along with the BBC, is one of the few things holding society together, from becoming something more akin to what we see in the US. A completly divided country where half the population don't believe the outcome of a democratically held election.

If anything Harry has brought that all a bit closer with the selection of his future partner. As an intelligent bloke, he should have thought through the consequences, but there again, with love, the heart tends to rule the head. But it was better for the country when they stuck to marrying other European nobility.
I agree about the BBC and Royal Family they make us Briatin along with Wimbledon, Tea and Scones, Formerly BA, E-Type Jag, The Beatles, Concorde, Afternoon Tea, Crumpets, Fish and Chips, Rolls Royce, Red Telephone Box they are part of our culture. However us turning into America without them we wont why because we are much civil and are much smarter and don't have as many deeply religious, Poltical Rednecks that America does. All Brits to a degree respect desicons I never heard Labour supporters say stop the count the Tories are cheating because we aren't gullible to beleive what they say.

Good look Big Dave just don't take any of our decent players to Wednesday. If he is still there next season he could throw a Spanner in the works for us but on the plus side if we say needed Stoke to lose and he faced them I reckon he would beat them for us.
