Like the look of Donnellan, he'll make it at championship level for sure.

Yes chap, right hand side of the Pdf:

"Ticket Allocation: Maximum 1 per person".

Cheers. Just asking cause see so many who have said they would never watch us under Pulis, at away games.

Plenty of away fans go purely for the day out and lots of those will be a bit worse for wear come kick off anyway.

I'm one of them, makes it enjoyable.

It's the same squad but we won't be seeing Gardner Olsson or Fletcher dragging it down. If we could get rid of Dawson. We'd have a team that is comfortable on the ball.

We don't have the depth to sustain 9th in the league in my opinion. Few injuries and all we have is kids.

Agree on Dawson. Tat

Is it one per season ticket holder.

I think so yes, normally is.

No points needed for Brighton. Strange one as I expect everyone to go to this.

Could be a free for all now getting tickets.

no that's Albion when it comes to transfers  ;)

You're joking aren't you?

We're trying to shop in Kwik-Save despite it being closed 20 years.

Regardless of money, I think the bloke is dragging us down.

His seemingly narrow minded approach to transfers, summed up with a link to a 36 Year old Gareth Barry will inevitably be our undoing.

We're standing still , no signs of improvement on or off the field since about March.

His snapchat or instagram story was funny, can't remember which one.

Picture taking off last night saying 'F*ck Pre-season'

Yep, we all feel the same mate.

I haven't seen anything since our slump to convince me that fans will come back or be attracted to watch us.

Looking forward to Saturday. Think we'll beat Bournemouth and get off to a good start.

Glad someone has a 1pm finish on a Friday and has reached the pub  ;D

2950 tickets still available for the first game of the season  :o

We could have some very poor crowds this season as we get into the winter months if things don't improve.

Really not surprised at all

Strange one this is, out of blue.

Heart says wow, fantastic, legend!
Head says, wow that's a silly move, we need to be more forward thinking.
Cynic in me says it's all PR to lift fans whilst we mask the lack talent coming in to the club.

It may be easy to put a name, of course. But if we did how many people would say 'my god the club put my name on the piece of paper I'm going to immediately throw away. Aren't they amazing!'

The effort and slight cost of printing each with a different name, making sure the right name is stuffed in the right envelope and delivered to the right people, for absolutely no gain is so silly to complain about. Print out 16,000 of the same letter, smash one in each envelope and send out, job done. Oh and put in a freebie car sticker too.

I would hope if we do revert to putting names on that otherwise pointless bit of paper, those complaining would frame them if it's a big enough deal to complain about.

You still have to use a template for the address, so makes no difference to cost or time adding the name in.

It's lazy work

I see that Wet Spam have signed Hernandez for £16m. I think that is a smart bit of business to be honest......

Signing of the window for me that is

In summary.

We need new fullbacks, we've known that for a while though.

Dawson is woeful, emergency cover at right back should be his spot.

We lack creativity and a burst of pace through the middle of the pitch

I think its a pretty decent signing unfortunately!!!

Terry and Samba at the back, no pace and old.

Got a feeling Berahino is going to bang the goals in this season.

He probably will, he's talented

Seen that Albion fans over in Hong Kong are being given the opportunity to meet owner and chairman tomorrow for drinks and discussions.

Good idea, hopefully they get some points over.

West Bromwich Albion FC / Re: Nacer Chadli joins Albion
« on: July 20, 2017, 11:26:27 AM »
It's good he came on and played in the number 10 role. Hoping we see Phillips, Rodriguez and Chadli behind Rondon with Chadli in the middle but there's no reason why they can't interchange at times and make it difficult for teams to follow.

       J-Rod   Chadli   Phillips

         (new Mid) Livermore

(new LB) Evans Hegazi/New cb  Nyom

That looks decent to me, with the option of buying a new winger and sticking J-Rod through the middle behind Rondon or as a two.

I assume those protesting vehemently against 2 extra loyalty points would be against free coach travel? I mean if it's unfair to give 2 points that mean next to nothing to people who use the coaches, why should they get free travel because you choose to drive?

I really don't get how people like you are missing the point.

The free travel thing is another thing that has been discussed to death. Travel incentives should reward the majority, not the minority.

If anyone could advise me how to put a picture in here that'd be great. I've tried but it's not working.

If not I'm on Twitter and have posted the link  https://twitter.com/RossMoran/status/887653568379006976

Spoken to the ticket office. They've confirmed the idea behind it is to encourage more people to use the coaches.

Ridiculous idea. More and more out of touch with fans.
