I wish him luck, but I hope i never see him in an Albion shirt again. Just hope we can keep Gayle.

I was nearly run over after the Derby game crossing the Birmingham road to the car park next to McDonald's some div bombing up from the motorway island towards Birmingham he must have been doing 50 with thousands coming out of the ground. I had just seen him in time but thanks to my fellow baggie who grabbed me as he saw what was happening scary thing was the chap who grabbed me said I thought you were a gonner mate.

We went at them and REALLY made a game, then our defence let them back in at the end.
let them back in at the end? Did I miss something then what was the final score 4-4? Thought not so how did we ket them back in?  Unbelievable

Sadly it doesn't work like that, we may be lucky to get 15 minutes from him.

I've just seen the line-up, looks like 3 at the back again so I think we will lose.
with HRK and Rodriguez both starting I would think it will be 4-4-2?

Forest fans absolutely love Yacob after only seeing him in one game! Big big mistake letting him go.

I went and put a shirt at the ground this morning as I said I would, it really is something to see. I felt very emotional and very humble.

to be honest I'm quite stunned with your selection there 59, why would you play our best lb at rb, why no Livermore when we missed him against Derby and that side severely lacks pace. Also what's the formation is it a 4-3-3?
No formation no particular positions just the best 11 we have fit! in my humble of course!

You make it sound as if it was a one-off ?

Obviously you missed Sheffield, Forest and Birmingham where just about got away with a point despite being outplayed ?
obvious? please don't presume to know what i have seen or missed.

Performance wise, at least half of our games have been "bad days at the office" this season, but we've been lucky to be bailed out by the quality of Barnes and Gayle. In the long-term, we can't always afford to rely on them if we're serious about automatic promotion. That's why it's not good enough - this is one of the few away games this season where the result has reflected the performance.
Well Barnes and Gayle weren't very effective today was They?

and sometimes the guardians have to act to effect change and if some feel the only option is by staying away, so be it.
That's their choice and I have no problem with that, but my choice is to always be there no matter what.

I had a season ticket for years
I rarely went under Pullis
I missed Pardews entire tenure

I now can wait to get tickets for each match

There are still things to improve , but my word imagine if we were actually good

I predict we will go up, I think we will put 6 past at least another three teams , we will strengthen in Jan and we will play wolves (and win) next season
I have had a season ticket for years I never stopped going under Pulis or Pardew I would never stop going whoever was the manager/ head coach I hated the football under both but as I have always said I was there long before they where there and god willing will be there long after they have gone. Whoever is in charge doesn't matter they are just guardians of the club we the fans are the club!

wrong mate, Burke scored in league Cup and played well but following game was unused sub so how is that giving him a chance  ??? Clueless vilified him in game against spam and he having worst record as head coach. As for Pulisball signed by him and under used by coach who had lost the plot in the end
I know he scored in the league cup I was there but he didn't play well that's why he wasn't in the next game.

West Bromwich Albion FC / Re: Darren Moore
« on: September 14, 2018, 11:48:10 PM »
Burke hasn't been given a chance at this club and if Darren persist's with his favourites then if I was Oliver I'd be looking for a move same goes for Field and Leko.
I beg to differ he as been given a chance but as never taken it as I said in a previous post Darren Moore is the third head coach who won't play him

Exactly. On what then do you base your opinion?
What? I am basing my opinion on Burke ain't no good!? Apart from being fast??

Johnson 7/10: could have done more for the goal, great pen save
Townsend 5/10: worked hard, tried to get forward, switched off for goal
Bartley 3/10: liability, stupid handball for penalty
Hegazi 3/10: donkey, loved to keep the ball to himself at the back
Dawson 3/10: very average defending and shocking passing
Brunt 4/10: team notably improved once he was subbed
Livermore 3/10: was he on the pitch?
Barnes 5/10: almost scored, hardly got the ball as Hegazi’s was busy keeping it
Phillips 7/10: best work rate and standard
Gayle 6/10: not his sharpest, no ball as defence was busy passing it between them
J-Rod 2/10: awful, waste of space

Darren Moore 2/10: still clueless, subs better but too late coming
Barry 6/10: an actual central midfield for 10 minutes
Kanu 4/10: usual scratchy performance
what a load of garbage Bartley was the best of an awful defence the keeper saved an easy penalty otherwise awful Townsend awful they murdered us down his flank how did you give Gayle more than Rodriguez? Both bad tonight but that's down to our awful midfield that give them no outlet! And Barnes was better than a five as Well.
