can you please tell us we are signing a solid CF please

I have no idea but I would say every game Grant is at Huddersfield but doesn't play we are more likely to win the brinksmanship battle, they need a striker more than us  :D

Players have left medicals to sign for other clubs. Baggie79 obviously has connections and clearly still thinks it will get done but I’m sure he’ll be the first to say things can change fast. It’s not done until it’s done.  Stranger things have happened.

Chelsea will have a plan for his development and I don’t imagine that’s playing with a divisions whipping boys.

Unless he and Chelsea are liars he is definitely coming and probably tomorrorow.

Thought he was set for a medical today or was that a twitter rumour

As I said before this all broke he has chosen us, whether its today, tomorrow or next week he is coming so relax everyone.

The issue with Hegazi is that under TP we played really deep so he basically had to head things away or block, now under SB we play much higher up and he is open to being turned or outpaced. He is behind Semi and Dara due to lack of pace and passing ability unfortunately.

The main positives for me have been Button especially but also Kipre and Field.

I think Field has done well tonight.

Must be infuriating for Austin playing in this team.

It must be frustrating playing with Austin with his lack of movement and poor finishing.

The club are considering a bid for him currently circa 2m.

Carabao Cup 15.09

Millwall 3 Cheltenham 1

Finn Azaz, who had just come on, has his first professional goal, a superb strike from outside the area.

I watched it and it was around 30 yards out, good lad!!

Jo Masi has nailed his colours and said he is definitely not going this window, lots of people are contradicting this with completely the opposite opinion. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Livermore was playing as the attacking midfielder last season, so he should have got more goals and assists than Sawyers who was sitting in-between the defence and attackers, linking the play. The fact he only got 3 goals and 5 assists in 46 games in a side that scored as many as Leads is a indictment of his terrible football ability, not something to shout about.

I'm sorry did you just say JL was playing as an attacking midfielder? I'm sorry but that is about the most ill informed comment I have ever seen. He is there for one reason only and that it is to break up opposition play, SB knows it, the fans know it and nobody and I mean nobody thinks in any way he is a attacking midfielder.

He is the only person apart from the back 4/5 that tackles anyone. If you think our AM is JL rather than MP I give up with our fans.

I am not sure he is the answer but he wont make us any worse. Lets hope he signs his contract soon.

As our back four sit very deep the lack of pace would be less of an issue, also his distribution is far better than we currently have, if he also brings on the younger players and is a big influence in the dressing room it's a no brainer.

Bilic is mega inebriated atm, a couple of people have told me this independantly and more worryingly he has lost his fire for the challange, looking at his latest video on the O/S I am inclined to agree.

I think its all down to lack of transfer and wage funds, its fair to say he is not overjoyed by the Kipre and Button signings and refers to them as squad players. I really hope we can overcome these issues as I really rate him very highly and I am desperatefor him to stay and succeed.

In Slav we believe!

This just goes to show what a big coup the signing is:

On another note I like his coat just needs to be a better colour.

Anyone still think we should have spent the £45k per week on Antonee Robinson instead.

Yes, I can see the vile lot offering £20K to WHU, just to get him. WHU would then take the money, after all it is business.

I dont think even West Ham would be stupid enough to accept £20k for Grady.

Good luck to the lad. I doubt he was going to get much of a look-in with us in the Premier League (for now) so it's good he's got a chance to progress somewhere else. Hopefully we've got a decent sell-on fee if he moves on to better things from Blues.

Shame he hasnt made it as I really like him as a player and still think he will make it somewhere. We did include a sell on clause as well so even if he goes elsewhere after Blues we would profit to some extent.
