This may go against the grain with some, but I honestly like and rate Nuno.

I think he rises above some fans petty rivalry, on both sides, and respects his opponent, it might be a trait of not being from these shores

I like their manager but that's as far as it goes.

Missed pen for the Dingles. Hilarious run-up.

So now they had a player down injured for lengthy treatment, and he didn't have to go off the field at the end of it - he just immediately took the free kick! These officials are bent.

I thought it had to be part of body you can score with I.e not arm , hand etc if it was his arm that’s just stupid !

Correct. But the body part they were counting as offside was clearly his arm. Joke.

Well, 5 minutes of VAR checking toenail lengths for the offside first. Ridiculous.

Ruled out. Outrageous, that was level. They're counting his arm as offside!

Very real chance of them winning the whole thing, unfortunately.

Worst play-off final ever? Can we just go straight to pens?

Sickener for Bournemouth. Relegated thanks to a technical error.

Please, come on West Ham.

Bournemouth 3-1 up. If Villa scrape a draw I will feel awful for Bournemouth fans. Relegated thanks to a technical error.

Going to be relying on Watford here I think. West Ham just do not care.

Yep we just need a West Ham goal right now.

Or, if you believe in miracles, 3 Watford goals.

Villa would have also conceded an extra goal, down on goal difference.

Yep, spot on!

Academic now as Everton have scored.

Between Villa and Bournmouth now.

Typically if it stays as is villa will stop up by a point!  >:(

One minor consolation is that even without that dodgy point, Villa would still survive on goals scored. (40 vs 38).

Yeah Watford are dead, deservedly so. Need Bournemouth to hold on and West Ham to nick one against Villa.

If Watford can score, the vile lot from the Witton area are in the drop zone.

How? They'll be level on points but Villa have better GD.

I am not looking forward to VAR. Utterly ridiculous to be taking 3 or 4 minutes over decisions. If you can't overrule the decision in 30 seconds, stick with the ref's call. Absolute joke.

Just flicked Final Score on. What dirt does Garth Crooks have on the BBC to keep being employed? He's atrocious.

They’ll end up stopping up by a point.

A point gifted to them due to some idiot not turning on the goal line technology!

I think it was more because that all camera angles were blocked by a variety of players and goalposts, at least that's what Hawkeye's explanation was.

But yeah, if they're going to stay up I hope at least that free point ends up not making a difference.

It's a travesty that his final game was in front of an empty stadium.
