Aaron Mooy will give us a lesson, 2-0 to them.

a lesson in what? he's scored a couple of decent goals this season but has also had a few poor performances too...an average player.

It was a bit tongue in cheek mate. He's an Aussie, I'm an Aussie...you know?

Could it be that if we suddenly got
Foster, Evans, GMac, Gibbs, Brunt, Mozza, McLean, Phillips, Rodriguez (ie, the british contingent) all in the side we would start to pick up points.

Not necessarily the best players we have but we all know that a TEAM is better than a collection of players. and our British lads shown before that have the experience and nous to collectively get out of a hole.

thoughts?

You could argue Brighton (A) was the turning point in the season.

We were unbeaten they hadn't won in the top flight since 1983.  So the away side had all the confidence going in, what does Pulis do stick 10 men behind the ball and defend!

Wagner likes to play a high line and bully teams with Aaron Mooy being pivotal.  If we sit in you just know Huddersfield will score 1st unless we somehow get a lucky break.

Basically every team we play we wait to see what they do 1st instead of imposing ourselves.  Putting ability aside, it shows a complete lack of confidence.  People are rightly questioning what the hell he's doing for £3m per annum or whatever it is!

Having only watched Huddersfield twice under Wagner's stewardship I'll bow to your knowledge re their tactics, but on both of the occasions I watched them play they were sat deeper than a l@rd@rse on a giant bean bag.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

Think the team will be exactly the same as against Man City (dont want it to be though)

I think we will approach the game the same way too, let Huddersfield have all the ball but obviously they dont have the cutting edge, class and finishing quality of City.

I think we will try and nick on the break which is unlikely as assuming we have the same team as against City we only have Rondon chasing the hoof, we will be that deep it dont give the other players chance to catch up (to be fair against City can understand playing that way)

A lot will depend on Huddersfield, if we let them get a head of steam like we did vs Brighton, think they will win comfortably, even then there fans are still loving life in the premier league so there will be a bit of patience if they dont score early, they have plenty of credits in the bank.

If we play like we did against Bournemouth where the handbrake was released a bit, we offered a threat to the opposition and gave them something to think about i think we would win, Sadly based on current performances only way can see us actually winning is via a set piece or two but as our two best set piece takes (Brunt and Phillps) probably wont play, who knows!

he's usually 1st or 2nd Assistant in Pl  he has reffed but only in PL2 and National league. Has been 4th official in Champions league and Europa league on 1 occasion this season for each.

He is in the select group for Assistant referees and is also a Fifa assistant referee. Can't say I'm too confident in Roger East though

If 'fit' I'd love to see Burke start tomorrow. £15 million for a signing means he needs to start games, otherwise it's an awful bit of business. If he happens to be poor then fine, but you can't justify spending that and not giving him a chance. Hopefully Phillips gets the nod too, we look far worse without him.

Soak up the atmosphere before the match, especially as it’s a sell out!!

1 v 0 Huddersfield - And lots of excuses from our leader.

One day he will learn that talking the talk doesn't actually win a game. It's the team on the pitch, and whilst he keeps our players tethered we will struggle to win any game at the moment.

My issues with Pulis aside, we need to beat awful sides like this if we want to stay up come the end of the season. The Brighton defeat was awful, we cannot afford that again.

They raised their game against Man United, but let's not kid ourselves, they are a poor side.

Jonothan Pearce has just said that recent performances from us have deserved better results - has he just made that up?! We deserve everything we’ve had recently
