I'd sooner see them throw away £4m on Shane Long, Matt Mills is a quality player.

I think the Villa thing, the real rivals in my eyes, is stoking back up nicely and will do more so with blues out the way hopefully for a while.

I'm not sure I'm too bothered with this lot of small fry right now  ;D ;).

Assuming it's Bolton, considering Blues have just turned down an 8m offer from West Ham.

Can't see West Ham bidding 8 million for him in the championship.

It wouldn´t come as a surprise to me.

If you read their message boards say March and April most of them were on his back.

His signing doesn't worry me in the slightest only their ability to spend that sort of money does, wasted though

Completely agree, the signing hasnt strengthened their squad at all so in fact they have wasted 5 million on keeping the squad the same and thats before any of them leave. Mick looks like he's going along the usual lines of big fees for mediocre players...................Love it!!  ;D

That's a surprise, wouldn't think Swansea would sell their number one. Quite a decent keeper aswell is De Vries from what I've saw. How much is the fee do you know?

He refused a new deal so was available on a free.

Oh, not much the club could of done then. Still, that Wolves back four is in need of dramatic strengthening.

Signed De Vries from Swansea as number 2 for Hennessey (Hannhemann has retired)

Good thing for us :) A newly promoted club loses their number one! Result!

Why is that funny? We are about to start our 3rd season in the PL, 34k (if true) for a player of JOH ability is quite reasonable in my opinion.

I'm not sure where you get this figure from as we always leave our transfer business undisclosed.
