Back to 3 subs next season.

indeed. I thought they might have stuck with the 5 subs for the first few months then reviewed in Jan 2021.

How dare they? theres a chain that needs to be observed according to some on here.
That might be because there is
Despite us compiling a list of targets for both eventualities....it would be prudent to wait until we knew our status before engaging in contract talks?
“Hi premiership player, we might get promotion, if we do do you think you might be interested or are you already in talks with 3 established premier teams who have already succeeded in securing their premier status weeks ago?”

If youre going to get told off, get told off for doing something not for doing nothing..

Leeds complete the signing of Harrison from Man City, with Gelhardt also expected to be announced soon.

There are an increasing number of well run clubs in the prem now, Leeds being another one of them.

I believe it’s another loan deal and not permanent

Annoying when clubs come up and don't wait their turns in the chain.

We should have been in for Gelhardt.

Because we have to wait our turn, it's been said on here. If we do sign some big-hitters Zippy i'll get you a beer or 100.

its my opinion based on nothing, that we will be doing a Norwich, but the club can hardly come out and say that.
I don't  have an issue with not spending huge sums, if we put together a young, energetic, pacy team and give it a go, I'm a happy baggie.

Pierre-Emile Højbjerg has left Southampton and joined Tottenham in a deal worth around £15m.

We could sign perriera, Robinson, Krov and diangana spending 40 million but we would still have the same side as last season .

we could... or we we could find similar for cheaper as we haven’t committed yet.

This belief that we’ll buy Diangana is very odd to me. West Ham have no reason to sell and we have no ability to buy.

Yeah I totally agree mate ,the point I was making is if we signed those 4 players we could spend 40 million plus but still be standing still . As it’s exactly the same side as last season .

true, and Leeds haven’t even finished standing still if they follow through with their Ben White interest. Do I remember right that the have a compulsory purchase on Augustin if they were promoted too?

That's because over relying on loans, allows fans to think their team is stronger than it is.

That's the trouble with relying on loans, Villa found that out too.

Definitely mate . Shows what a big job we have really , we are now without Robinson , Krov and diangana. Even if they were our players last season we would still need to Majorly strengthen the side . They aren’t our players improving the starting 11 is going to be a massive task
