I quite like the curse. We are managerial assassin's, ridding the Prem of sub par managers.

Could also be seen as a negative, as in you couldn't even beat West brom/you managed to make us look worse than West brom, you're fired!

If our reserves beat our firsts, does the curse still apply? Just asking.

All falling apart for the club we are aspiring to be like.....

Did anyone watch Everton play last night. Very poor until Lookman and Gudjohnssen came on. As the commentator said, knowing in January that you were losing Lukaku in the summer and not replacing him is criminal. I thought their midfield was poor as well, so perhaps the miss Barry as well.

Thought Lyon were pleasing on the eye - Traore was excellent.

At home to Arsenal tomorrow, what could possibly go wrong??? :)

Taxi for Koeman!

For sure, that was dreadful.

Dunk and Duffy were very good tonight for Brighton.

West Ham made us look creative... never thought I would say that.......

I think Watford will start to struggle soon too. Marco Silva ain't all that, he's another Bobby Martinez.

They look terrible currently outplaying Chelsea and drawing 1-1 there...

We missed a trick with Silva. Results and superb performances.

Lost it 3-2 in the end, but Watford were superb, couple of defensive errors and Richarlson missed a couple of sitters, could have easily been the other way round.

Love watching them play though, everything I want to see us do and we can't say it's because they have spent so much more than us.

But you will have people claiming that Watford lost because they tried to attack to win the game!

They lost by missing sitters at key times, they created more than enough to win that game. They need to buy betters defenders but the raw ingredients are there for them to be very good. The football they play is superb.

Watford manager did the same as Pulis...Tried to shut up shop and brought a defender on.
When you have a team on the ropes....you go for the throat.
How many times has Pulis "blown" it by doing the same?

Lost a game they should have won by 4 goals to 2. Conceding 3 times in 20 minutes. Definitely a team to emulate.

Alternatively, 15 points from 9 games playing a brand of football that entertains those watching compared to 10 points from 8 with a brand of football that curdles milk...

Ultimately Watford play to win. We play not to lose.

They are currently 5 points better off than we are, have scored more than double the goals. They have conceded almost double, but I know what I would prefer to see and you cannot knock the results. We haven't even played the likes of Chelsea, Man City, Liverpool etc which is where they have conceded the bulk of their goals. We have had a far easier set of fixtures and are worse off.

Much as you wish to be proven right Jacko, sometimes you have to admit you are mistaken.
