Poor old Villa, perhaps this is the season luck goes against them.

Poor old Villa, perhaps this is the season luck goes against them.

I'd love to think so but they will jam out of it.

Lambert hasn't got long left now and Keane doesn't look interested and knowing their luck they'll end up with Moyes who has a point to prove.

They've got a run of winnable games now (including us).

They'll be ok. Sadly.

i thought that's what would happen at first but he seems more interested in selling his book at the minute.

West ham away and Saints at home i thought it was might be wrong ? by no means winnable games the way them two have been playing.

You are correct:

West Ham V Aston Villa
Aston Villa V Southampton
Burnley V Aston Villa
Crystal Palace V Aston Villa
Aston Villa V Leicester
West Brom V Aston Villa

However, I would say that is a very good run with a lot of winable games in there.

Unsurprisingly he's injured. Far too injury prone, its not like he gets big injuries either, he just seems to constantly pick up little niggles week after week. Unsurprising in light of that the club didn't fight too hard to keep him.

I thought we might struggle to replace him but Wisdom's done perfectly well so far anyway and Gamboa's relatively promising.

Great move by Billy Jones that one was!!
It actually was a great move for Jones, as it financially secured him for the rest of his career. Sunderland's transfer policy is quite baffling at times; they got him and Rodwell this season on long-deals and high wages, which probably wouldn't be matched by any other Premier league club, so you can't blame an injury-prone Billy Jones for snapping at such a lucrative deal.

Reading this morning on the BBC Football pages that Warnock is saying his players are too honest, and also that he has been told his team should appeal more for decisions.

The brass neck of the bloke is quite staggering at times.

Teams very much reflect their manager, and Palace this season at our place looked to me a typical Warnock team. Muscular, athletic and hard working, but also snide and bent on breaking up play at every opportunity.

Mind you, the Leicester fans say much the same about us don't they so I suppose it's all a matter of perspective.

A massive win for Sunderland last night, kinda happy they won too. Jedinak made two stupid fouls to get himself sent off.

I bet he wishes he could have his mate Clattenberg every week.

He was banging on about the Zaha non penalty and the Dawson challenge again last night in his after match interview on Radio 5. Once again he used the word "assault" in relation to Dawson...maybe Dawson should have a word with his lawyers about slander. The FA deemed it acceptable so Warnock should just shut the f*ck up.....or be punished by the FA.

Interesting point. Daws is a quiet type, so he won't say anything and meanwhile that motor mouthed gobshite plays his face to anyone who listens and the drooling media just lap it up.

It's odd how he only really gets bothered about stuff like that when his team doesn't win.

And again this morning on talksport.

Perhaps he if spent half as much time concentrating on actually coaching his team and realising how rubbish he and his team actually are, instead of loving up to the media, he might get CP out of the relegation zone, twonk

Mark Bright was pretty bad on talksport last night also. He mentioned the 'assault' word twice also and the Zaha penalty a couple of times for good measure.
