Well he, along with 3 of his mates who haven’t even got a season ticket, have got a Villa ticket.

The system isn’t fair. Plain and simple.

They haven't got one through legitimate means, maybe some diehards are away on holiday and have given them their logins, maybe they know someone in the club, either way them having tickets has nothing to do with the loyalty points system, more down to what Lee says about if you want a ticket badly enough you can get one by hook or by crook.

I have been to 4 away games this year, 4 last year, all the cup games over the past 5 years or so along with 22 years as a season ticket holder.

If we're calling it loyalty, you should get 100 points per season you have had a season ticket as a minimum.

4 away games = 20 points
4 home cup games = 40 points
Season ticket = 1500 points
1560 points gets you a ticket on Monday afternoon.

Season ticket is 1000 points for any that are not renewal. I'm guessing the 1500 is for renewals?

Must admit I've always thought midweek fixtures in places such as Boro', Newcastle, Sunderland, Norwich and the like should attract more than the standard 5 points for an away fixture.

Certainly worthy of any greater recognition from the club (in my opinion) than home games in the cups or catching an official coach to Aston or St Andrews anyway. Absolute disgrace! Insane even! Boooooo! Sack the board! .......   .

I thought it was still going, I posted on Twitter about it few days ago, someone said they thought it had stopped but sure I saw something on OS not long ago when I was getting ticket details for on here.

Is there some sort of time of day limit/switch point as to when you can purchase these seal park tickets online once your loyalty points number comes up?
I can purchase a ticket today Saturday Feb 2 with my 1585 points but ATM on line it won't let me complete the purchase so assume its as per ticket office opening times ie 09.00 am onward?
It's currently just after 5 am UK time and around 2pm in my current time zone and probably not going to have any internet access now for another 5 or 6 hours

To answer my own question yes!
Sat here refreshing the screen every 30 seconds or so and with the ticket office number ready on the old mobile and then about a minute after 09.00 it let me in an sold me a ticket 
Sat by an aptly named 'vomitarium' just across from those nasty seals who congregate in the corner of their deadlydoug pen!

It will almost certainly be moved irrespective of Wednesday's result. If we win it'll be postponed. If we lose it'll be moved to a TV slot.
