I see the Vile fans going on about Ron Vlaar being Corberan.  As a Feyenoord fan, who has watched him for the last 5+ years, believe me, he's limited!  Turns like a Sherman tank out of diesel.

Important News Update from Villa Park!

An away kit specifically for women that glows in the dark? That's an idea so stupid Wolves should have thought of it first.

John Greenfield said: "We like to listen to our fans intently and one of the main comments we've seen repeated is from ladies asking for an away shirt."

Now tell me that doesn't fill you with sympathy for Mr. Greenfield -- either that or disbelief; their fans weren't exactly whispering their disapproval of Alex McLeish before last season.

I wouldn't like to be a lady glowing in the dark walking home after a match through Aston in the evening :-X.

I liked the line:

'Get down to Villa Stores at Villa Village or New Street and check out the treasure trove of items contained within.'

Sounds like a dodgy market trader in Marakesh.

I once went in Villa Village when we played them and I sat in the Holte, and they were selling 'Boots worn by Villa Players' for £120, most of which were unnamed or Youth Team players.

No, don't! I can't handle the disappointment of them scraping relegation for another season.

I got too excited last year.

Their squad looks s**** on paper if they dont invest anymore in the window I could see them struggling big time this season.

Player for player we now have more potential as long as Randy keeps his cash in the bank

Nice one Robbie, the only BBC bloke who gives us the recognition we deserve

I agree, we have a much better squad than Vile this season.

How sweet would it be if the Vile got sent down. I'd laugh my backside off! After all the years of us being little Albion and they being such a "big club" with their 40,000 seater staidum (?) and there European Cup Winning team of 1982, did you know that? Oh I'd absolutely love it! ;D

Having to play players like Fabian Delph means they are in trouble big time .

Next season, they'll have a great time having a European Cup love in with Nottingham Forest.

To their credit a lot of Villa fans do seem to be very embarrassed by it.
