I tried to book a seat for this game that I know hasn't been used all season, for a friend. It didn't show up on-line, so I phoned the ticket office and told it was taken up by a junior season ticket holder.

This has made me wonder how many other seats are taken up by none attending junior season ticket holders. Is this the reason why there have been many empty seats on our supposedly two sell out games?

Regarding the game I am just hoping Wallace, at least will be fit, and we can keep up our wins at fortress Hawthorns.

I have a friend who works at the club and she gets two complimentary season tickets (lower east stand) if she wants. My understanding is a lot of the staff do sign up for the complimentary season ticket but then only use it rarely. It's also why the ground looks a lot more empty on TV because the main camera faces the east stand and obviously the front few rows are more visible.

In the case of staff, I can understand the club wanting to recognise their contribution and loyalty, but even so its not surprising when a large number don't turn up. It probably needs a token payment, just enough so the seat doesn't get left empty.

A relative of mine is a sports director with responsibility for ticket sales, and he has a strict policy of no complimentary seats for anyone, regardless of being VIPs, politicians, business associates, pals, mates of mates. They all have to pay for their ticket.

As well as preventing others buying seats where there are sell-outs, the club are probably losing a lot of revenue due to this.

With the lack of available attacking options, do we think we might go 343? Could also imagine our regular 4231 with Pipa at LW. Will be interesting to see the lineup.

Haha oh no, i think Reach is overdue to give us a screamer before he leaves for good. I''d take that and a 1-0 win for us

Assuming Swift and Wallace are out/can’t start, I reckon we could see something like this:

Palmer

Furlong
Bartley
Kipre
Townsend

Yokuslu
Mowatt

Fellows
Chalobah
Pipa

BTA

Bench: Griffiths, Pieters, Taylor, Reach, Heard, Malcolm, Dike.

Could look more like a 433 in possession but if Wallace and Swift are out we look very weak on the bench when it comes to creativity and have very few attacking options for midfield. But that’s the nature of having our 4 first choices in attacking areas from midfield out. Throw Maja and Ajayi into that and it’s amazing we can even still get an ok team out

Blackburn manager said they have a few players who haven't trained this week due to illness. Let's hope that's true.

Back to the hour of BTA, then 30 mins of Dike tactic, I hope

Depending on the score, I’d like to see both of them on together
