Solid performance, had total control throughout and never particularly looked in any danger during the game. Very happy with that.

One side note, did anyone else spot Austin storm off down the tunnel immediately at the final whistle - he even palmed someone away who tried to have a word. Any clue what that was about..?

Goodman's a big fan of Pereira isn't he?

I love how Pereira always starts jumping in excitement/mimicking the players movement when someone has a chance and/or is about to score.

Starts galloping again just before Robinson netted that  ;D

They've just popped another 20 online into block 119 if anyone didn't manage to get one earlier.

Just under 100 tickets left in 222, a handful in 221 and whatever number of seats given in block 223 once they’re released.

I don't watch women's football either, not interested in it, its a low level sport of limited appeal, despite the BBC's best efforts to flog it to the masses, if women are good enough, they should play in a mens team or compete against men like they do in darts.

😂😂😂😂

Women should play alongside and compete against men in football, just like they do...with darts? Laughable comparison.

Just got in from London and on my way up to the ground. I was feeling rather sick already and after seeing Bartley in the starting line up, this may just tip me over.

I hope I eat my words, but I expect to concede a hatful for certain today now. I just don’t understand why we persist with a failing system.

Does anyone know if we have both the upper and lower sections or just the lower?

Yeah it's both - we've got the corner section upper and lower again in the Doug Ellis.

Still showing around 1250 left...good luck to everyone on the 1pm round.

After pure panic and booting my laptop - the tickets are now up on the website.

Two in the bag for me and the old man, see you all there.

Sorry baggy_girl 89 if my response was not helpful but was just saying that the ticket office is open to fans both in person and by phone and as been since 9.00am

As I said, it is not open to call - that's all over the website. Clearly they knew this was going to be a cluster and just didn't want to have to deal with the chaos.

Sadly as I am away in London on work, I don't have the option to go to the ticket office either.

I'm an away too.

The club need to sort this out - there isn't anywhere on the site to buy the away leg

Cheers for the response. I'm glad it's not just me, but this is going to have a huge knock on effect if they don't sort in the next hour.

The ticket office is open.

It is not open to call.

Anyone else with a helpful response in relation to their login? Can anyone with an AST (not renewed) actually have the option to even buy one yet?

I've just noticed in my 'Season Ticket' section it says 'expired' which is going to cause a whole heap of issues if that's the same for others considering the season is not over yet and that's supposed to allow myself and others actually get first dibs at these tickets...

I’m not sure if the systems struggling or it’s just mine - but I’m an AST and it’s not giving me the option to buy a ticket to Villa Away at all.

Slightly worried if it doesn’t show before 1pm I’ll miss out when the rest of the influx happens. And of course the ticket office isn’t even open to speak to someone.

Anyone else having problems or have you got yours okay?

And not just any old member of the police, a member of the police with over 250 posts as well.

We'd best start watching what we post in the Woodman :o  ;D  ;) .

I tend to steer clear  :-X

Nah I joke. Plus, I’m an Albion fan first...though do have to occasionally remind myself I’m an officer when at certain away days and get a tad too excited. I feel Millwall will be one of these too..

You’d think but no not with 3 weeks notice.

Trust me, we can. I hope the local borough’s don’t decide to, but if a situation arises like this last minute then we of course can when people’s safety are potentially at risk.

Edit: When I say ‘we’, I mean police..as I am one.

I am truly disgusted with my club.

Can’t even be bothered to start with some of the ‘fans’.

It just feels really off that we gave the likes of Pulis and Pardew how long to correct things despite fans CLEARLY wanting them both out and our results and football being beyond dire. Moore has us sat in 4th with 10 games to go and it’s bye bye after the last few disappointing results.

Look, I’ve also had my frustrations at some of his decisions (like playing Gayle out wide)/persistence at playing it out from the back etc. - but I’m in shock and saddened by the decision all the same. Feel like there’s a small group of our fans that will moan and complain about anything and everything, so he never stood a chance with them anyway. Horribly fickle that don’t represent the masses but seem to make a lot of boring noise all the same sadly.

Think it’s a terrible decision but I’m hope I’m wrong and also hope we don’t at least get Pardew 2.0 in the form of Big Sam.

Out of interest how much even are the AST's? same as HST?

Sorry pal - only just seen this. But as others have said, they're £150 which gives you £5 off every away ticket you then buy.

Completely worth it for me now I can’t realistically get a HST working shifts in London and a season in the Championship with a whole number of new stadiums I had yet to visit.

Sure they used to be about £120 up front and then £5 off every ticket, not sure now.

Never bothered with one personally, as never not got a ticket for a game. Only exception was exeter last season but even then me and two mates got tickets in the exeter end

I only did this year because of now living and working in London AND knowing if I didn’t then I’d be screwed trying to get the likes of Villa, Blues, Millwall etc. and (potentially now even more importantly) the last game of the season which by fluke turns out to be Derby. It has meant zero panic or worry about getting a ticket (Dad still has a HST and I’ve also got membership) and it also means if we make the play offs, I’m laughing with sorting a ticket for those too.

Worth the £150 for me easily.

A handful of seated tickets have popped back up in Block 401 for those who are as short as me and would struggle seeing anything other than everyone’s backs in the terrace stand.

Buying an AST to get first pick of the bunch was the best thing I ever did...

I’m sick and tired of Dawson’s lack of ability at a simple 5 yard pass. He’s worse than Hegazi nowadays.

We simply are not good enough to pass it around at the back. So cut it the hell out.

Dan just be on the main site and it says nothing about sale dates for the vile game.

Albion have been allocated 2,167 tickets for the Sky Bet Championship clash at Aston Villa, scheduled for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday February 16.
Tickets are priced at £30 for adults, £20 (seniors, full-time students and armed forces), £17 (Under 21s) and £10 (under 18s).
Loyalty points will apply.
However, the date of the game and final ticket-selling details cannot be confirmed until Albion's FA Cup fourth round tie against Brighton has been resolved.

Supporters are advised to stay in touch with the Club's official channels for all the latest information.

They've messed up. They were originally supposed to go on sale today to AST and HST on Weds onwards, so they've clearly not updated their systems to align with the issue of not actually having a confirmed date yet.

By fluke I'd just seen it from going on there to buy my QPR tickets so sorted my Villa too, however that's pretty poor for people who aren't so lucky or don't view this site as my old man didn't have a clue until I just rang him to let him know!

They scored from a corner

Drop personal agenda

Correct. It all came from a mistake from Tosin as his bad touch led to the corner instead of lamping it for a throw/laying off to the keeper.

Considering how well we’re playing, this is one of the most stressful games I’ve ever experienced.

Cannot believe the chances we’ve missed. Kinda feel like Gayle wouldn’t have missed all of them..
