Got to hand it to him, that was a cracking save  8) .

Although the elastic band thing may have scared him for life…who goes to a match thinking “I’ll take an elastic band just in case”
?

I had to laugh when I saw that footage. It looked so pathetic. Mind you if you see the young lad behind him and to his left you could be forgiven for thinking Elastic Band Man had fired an arrow from the crowd  ;D .

The Millwall player should get a ban for the push that led to his shoulder injury. It was completely unnecessary and could have led to a big injury.

Nobody on here mentioned it. I saw it straight away. Strange that!

It's amazing how much he's improved since the first few games of the season when many were calling for him to be sold or loaned. (Just look at the after match posts for Blackburn, Swansea and Leeds).
Sometimes perseverance is key to getting the best out of players.

Cedric Kipre has certainly been a revelation since he first came to us from Wigan in 2020. Not sure what fee was involved but if so, a very worthwhile investment in a player who has been consistently outstanding this season.

Good coaching has made him a much better player, he was very raw when he first signed, gave away a lot of fouls in poor areas, much improved player.

Good coaching has elevated a number of the players not just Cedric. Barts is significantly better as well.

Weren't wigan in administration at the time so we got him for next to nothing?

If we don't get promoted he'll probably be offered better contracts than what we should be offering if we have to cut our cloth accordingly for an average Championship outfit. Probably have offers from lower half Prem clubs and relegated clubs with parachute payments. We most likely won't be competing with those contracts as it'll be outside of our budget.

So basically, promotion or there's a decent chance he'll be off.

So did I and the posts are on this thread.

His passing was great from day one and he just needed someone to believe in him and give him a run of games.

The treatment of him and AM by Bruce was terrible and both back this season was like having 2 new players.

It's going to be absolutely peak #AlbionThat to lose him for nothing when one of the big reasons we bought him was his perceived future resale value.  :-X
