Robson is not doing anything as far as I know, he was an ambassador at Man Utd but not sure if he still is and we decided it was better to leave Wallwork  off at the moment.

I can't vouch for it, but here's what I found:

He is now a warehouseman in an iron foundry in Walsall

If I read it correctly, Scott Dobie has joined York City.

Thought he'd gone into the Police?

It is aswell

http://www.yorkcityfootballclub.co.uk/news.php?id=3544

This morning at Bootham Crescent, experienced striker Scott Dobie signed for York City after successfully completing his medical.

Scott is 33 years old and has had a fantastic playing career having come through the youth ranks at Carlisle United making it all the way to the Premier League with West Bromwich Albion. The Workington-born striker has also played for Millwall, Nottingham Forest and Scottish side St Johnstone.

Scott Dobie told the York City Official Website:

"I'm excited. I had a year out last year and am looking forward to getting back into the sport I've done since I left school. I've always had the desire to come back into it and I've been given the opportunity to do it. I'm relishing the opportunity and I hope I can come and prove that I'm worth the faith that has been put in me by the Manager, the Assistant and Des. So I'm really looking forward to it".

City Manager Gary Mills said:

"Obviously we know about Scott. He's had an unbelievable career and still only 33. And I want to resurrect that for him. I think he's one hell of a player, I've had a good chat with him and the door's not been open for him anywhere. But the door's open for him here, and it's down to him now to come and be a success here at York. He's exactly the type of player I'm looking for. I've been knocked back on a couple of occasions with players over the last few weeks, but Scott is someone to come in and do well. So good luck to him and I'm sure he'll help us like I'm helping him".

Everyone at York City Football Club would like to welcome Scott to the club.

In one of the other threads I was reading about Gary Megson's treatment of Lee Marshall. I googled him and noticed that he retired in 2005 after a broken leg. Anyone know what he is doing now? My only memory of him is his scoring our first Prem goal against Leeds in 2002.

Anyone know the whereabouts of Filipe Texeira- one minute being suggested as a target for Arsenal, etc, then knee injury, never really seemed to recover.

Ex-Albion wild card Somen Tchoyi has joined Wolves on trial.

Attacking midfielder or winger Tchoyi, who is without a club after being released by Albion in May, trained at Compton on Thursday and Friday and with the development squad on Saturday.

The 29-year-old Cameroon international could win a deal if he impresses, with Wolves trying to strengthen the wide areas after injuries to Slawomir Peszko, Razak Boukari and Stephen Hunt.

Tchoyi, who still lives in the Birmingham area and had a stint training with Blues in August, scored eight goals in 47 games for Albion over two seasons.
