So aside from the fact that:

a) Sainsbury's bags are Orange (as are the Wolves shirts) but they claim the Wolves shirts to be old gold so that's clearly not right. Like it or not Netto bags are much more similar to the colour.

b) They are in the away end.

and most importantly

c) We did it before.

Its a bit pathetic in all honesty. A bit like if they started doing the boing boing as some crazy  original idea of their own. Maybe they'll stary singing you'll never walk alone to be original as well.

Have we ever celebrated a 0-0 draw like a Champions League win? Now that was embarrasing.
I only go for the beer.

From what my dad told me we were the first in the area to use it, and alot of clubs followed as it was a popular song. We were the first out of Wolves and Us, whether Chelski used it first I don't know.

Unfortunatley the old man aint around to ask, so It would be good if someone could confirm?

I wonder what celebrations they would have if they draw on Sunday? I have already asked the dingles here if they've got there open top bus tour sorted.

I love the banter.

Not to mention the souvenir t shirts that would be on sale in their club shop by Monday morning!! Personally I would just love to send the reviewer on the Amazon site a copy of Orange Crush. ;)

Can someone officially confirm who played the liquidator first, us or them

us by a good couple of years.Chelsea took it off us.

i was one of the first to do it.it was actually started by a group of girls.

At the time the pre match music was the stuff that was in the charts, played by an old geezer in a box in the old halfords.

Anyway,me my cousin and a few mates were in the Brummie (we were about 14-15 at the time)and there were a group of girls about the same age in front of us.

the Liquidator was in the charts at the time so the old geezer in the box played it.The girls in front started clapping and shouting West brom, maybe it was something they did at a youth club, but we joined in and we were all laughing because it was funny.
Others started craning their heads over and some more joined in,when it finished the Brummie called for it to be played again,it was and everyone did it the next time.I am sure it was then played again, 3 times in a row,and it was played everygame afterwards until a few years ago when it was stopped.  :'(

I often think about that day and wonder where those girls are now, and if they know the cult they started.

Like me they would be mid-late fifties now.

Perhaps one of them might log on to a site and introduce who they were? Can but hope.

I have no idea why we are called the Baggies, when we started the Boing Boing or TLMS but i know who started this and how it came about.
Just can't remember who it was against.  :-\

The dingles booed and hissed originally when it was played at their hole,so no question why they did that.

Saw a couple of dingle mates walking back. Asked how they feel. They said they were completly gutted.

I said they were lucky to get away with a point. What he said cannot be repeated here  :o lol

I think the way the draw came about will do more damage to wolves than we think. They've done it so many times this season.

I honestly believe that's the end of there season. Hope I'm right.  ;D

Small time fans with ideas of grandeur...
A poxy town in Staffordshire not a Black Country club...
Inbred idiots who view us as rivals...
Playing us is their cup final...
No original songs...
Same old poor support...
Wake up the Veela is our derby...
Stoke is yours....

Mrs phoned me opn the way home last night to pick up some Garlic Bread  ::) on the way home.
I pass through Bilbrook on the way home so popped into the TESCO express to collect the said item.
Who was the first person I saw as I walked through the door?
Steve Bull and one of his kids buying some sweets ;)
Steve Bull in TESCO  :D :D
Bet his street cred would go down a bit if the inbreds saw him in a TESCO

Blackpool the weekend.

Not sure if I want a draw with this one or a Blackpool win.

I don't think Blackpool will go down now so I guess a win would suit us more?
