We have recalled Tulloch from his loan at Bradford City and released him.

It happens when it happens. These things are kept so tightly under wraps nobody outside of the deal knows what is happening.

Corberan takes blame for this defeat if you ask me:

1. Kipre and Ajayi were never going to work both are a liability.

2. Why play mowatt for the majority of pre season to drop him for a player who was close to leaving only days ago and has hardly had a pre season.

3. Getting sent off himself in the first game is poor. I get he is passionate but Christ be an example.

I think TGH will be off.

Dood has just tweeted suggesting he is the next player to go suggesting things have moved quickly. Can't say I'm bothered about TGH going I think he gets alot of love merely for being "one of our own" Corberan clearly doesn't trust him and that's good enough judgement from me.

When we signed this lad i underwhelmed but willing to give him a fair chance as i am with every player we sign. He has been magnificent. Not only does he seemingly have a good attitude with a willingness to learn and improve but he is already doing the business for us. A very easy player to warm to and get behind. Long may it continue.

One of if not the worst piece of transfer business our club has ever done and is one of many contributing factors to where we are today. Im amazed any club anywhere on this planet is remotley interested in picking him up even on a free. I wouldnt trust him to be a general member of club staff picking up minimum wage let alone a multi millionaire footballer. Terrible player good riddance.

I don't personally understand why people want Enzo Maresca,Michael Carrick so on this is the biggest and most important appointment we will ever have to make it could literally make us or break us. As much as I appreciate people want to break away from the typical British tried and tested merry go round I feel someone a little more tested would be OK here. Now is not the time to hand a upcoming coach their first crack at management on the big stage such as Maresca, Terry and carrick. My personal top three are as follows

Sean Dyche
Carlos Corberán
Scott Parker

Avoid the likes of John Terry,Mark Hughes like the plague.

The club should take their time and actually pick up the phone this time and speak to as many coaches as possible. They need to build a culture and a pattern with this appointment for how we choose to go on. This embarrassing culture we have fell into of appointing obviously bad coaches and sacking them mid season at the start of a so called project needs to stop.

I remember years ago we slated Pascal Zuberbuhler and Scott Carson relentlessly at times but they look like prime Buffon compared to this clown. I'm convinced he won a competition to be a goalkeeper in his teens. There's a reason this guy has more clubs than tiger Woods under his belt and he hasn't been a regular anywhere. Another useless lump left behind by Luke Dowling.

« on: September 23, 2022, 06:00:04 PM »
Sorry but what does the assembly do? I like the idea of a group of fans who sit with those on the board and discuss important matters but can we have some new members recruited who have the spine to ask seriously pressing matters?!

Rumours about Reach interesting Wigan. Not sure how much we’ll have to pay them but might be worth it! 😄

I'll pay for his taxi and hotel for the night if needs must

More than happy to give anyone a chance if they choose to join us. He is 23 plenty of room and time to develop into a decent little player. Salford fans seem genuinely disappointed to see him leave so on that alone it's worth being fair with the lad and giving him a chance to prove himself.

DOOD
@DoodWBA
Club will now push ahead for another striker.
Bruce happy for CR and KB to leave, We need someone to take them both to give us some funds.
Mowatt I very much doubt will be leaving. #WBA

This is the same guy that tweeted that Cleary would be in the squad against Watford. He throws darts in the dark hoping one lands.

Think we should get rid as he clearly isn’t up to task in hand with ridiculous starting eleven and his reluctance to go for jugular when team was on top. Phillips, Grant, Furlong and Livermore shouldn’t be starting a championship game but idiot in charge can’t see that.

It's the first game of the season I think alot of people are assuming that he could of just gone all guns blazing but to even suggest we should sack the head coach after getting a point at one of the toughest places to go in the league is nothing short of a laughable farce

17
My takes from the game...

1. Bartley,Phillips and Molumby were very poor in particular.

2. Diangana and Dike changed the game bringing life and energy to an attack that had been slowed with every move with the likes of Phillips.

3. Swift is different class thats taking nothing away from Wallace he was very good aswell but Swift just looks like he has everything we were crying out for last season and more.

4. A minority of our fans who were based at the front of the east stand by the Berlin fans are idiots for chanting what they were chanting and trying to agonise the opposition.

5. Great to see Okay back but my god do the club seem reluctant to fix that shoddy PA system.

Does anyone know any ideal places to park for free today? the Mrs wants to go to the vine then drive up but we are reluctant to pay. I've told her the forge Lane but with the new car she's in protective mode.

Looking forward to seeing Wallace, Swift, Dike and hopefully see Diangana. Hopefully we can get some more minutes in the players legs and get a win to give them some confidence going into the Boro game. For those interested Forest beat Hertha Berlin last night 3-1

Zohore is a example as to why we are where we are. Billic didnt want him Dowling did, Cardiff were in disbelief that anyone would want him and the fact we were wiling to pay what we did was just a farce.

It seems to me that CR is one of the players who questionable attitudes in the side and those are the players we need to ship out. If we can get a couple of million quid for him then that would represent ok business. Alot of Preston fans seem to be wanting him back there and want their club to act so we wil see in time. As others have discussed i agree i think he would be good in the SPL. His pace would scare most up there and because its a poor farmers league he can get away with bottling tackles up there id say.

I dont understand the nagging from some people especially on social media. It comes out when it comes out. Dont shoot the messenger but a little birdie told me the home top will be made by Puma and will be navy blue and white stripes while the away one could be anyones guess but no doubt some will either like it love it, dislike it or hate it. Dont shoot the messenger  :P ;)

Let me guess. FIFA 22 is now on discount and the club has finally decided to buy it.

It's currently free on playstation so the club jumped at the opportunity and downloaded it.

One of the first names I'd look to get rid of. To injury prone and at 31 is past his best and to go along with that will be one of the top earners.
