So Watford sack a man who's team were 5th in the Championship!
No he's only been managing for 4nyesrs.mate
Yes but it's Watford at the current rate of turnover everyone will be Watford manager for a day
I know the rent money helps, but have you seen the state of some of the pitches, due to Rugby teams using themSwansea's pitch is like a ploughed field, and the pitch at Brentford's new stadium is getting there
Same complaints were made after both the NFL and Challenge cup final took place at Wembley ahead of either an England Game or a Spurs Game. Lucky old Albion don't share a ground with the Blackheath Rugby team if it is the Blackheath West Midlands area and not the London one. Edit they are London based which means lucky us don't have to share a pitch with anyone unless Wednesbury need a bigger ground for a final or something
We can't be forced to share the stadium. It would be our choice to make extra revenue.
Which knowing us we would extra money for the owners.
We wouldnt. There is no money for us to make in sharing our ground for rugby purposes given their is no immediate rugby club near us.
Wednesbury only like 20 - 30 Minutes away I know they have a Rugby Club as they are down the road from me also they have allegedly the Worlds biggest Rugby Posts. Worcester to which has now been flooded I don't know about the Rugby Ground but I know Worcester has had flooding
The Hawthorns would never be ground shared for the sake of 30 rugby fans and a few whammels.
I always spelt it wammels.
wammals mate
I bow to your superior knowledge.I have lived outside of the Black Country for 63 years.
I always spelt it wammels with an "e" as well Clive and found this reference:"A wammel is a mongrel or mangy dog, and sometimes a word for any animal. Apparently it comes from am Old English word hwaemelec."
Did you get hwaemelec from the Carl Chinn article?https://ibostin.wordpress.com/history-of-bostin/
Sheff Wednesday have sacked Pulis after 45 days.
