The threat to Villa last summer prior to the takeover was real. Their problem was cashflow while just about ok with FFP which was last measured in March but by May they were unable to pay their bills.

I think they have a problem with FFP but can potentially balance the books with player sales (Grealish)

I hope Shan picks a full strength team at Reading. It's still there for us if we win and Blades / Leeds don't. Until its mathematically impossible..... Hard games for those pair next away to Hull and away to Brentford.

We completely wasted the chance to close Leeds to 3pts (with us having better GD) and therefore secure ourselves an easier play off than Villa.
