There is obvious and regular conscious bias in refereeing decisions. To remove this, before they consider giving any decision their first thought could be would I give it the other way?

When the lad is on a live TV game more often than not he makes decisions that put the spotlight on him as opposed to the sport. Non live TV games he's proved himself to be a very good ref more often than not.
