Delap and Braithwaite aren't in the main squad possibly because Lee Carsley selected them for the U21's I'm not sure if there was an agreement reached to let them play for the U21's until Tuchel feels there ready for the mmain squad or if they got selected for that because they weren't selected for  the main squad, Dissapointment for me is no Tom Fellows in the U21's.

Last night wasn't as bad as a Southgate performance, I saw the Press and we always looked to play forward, Lewis Skelley looks a good player great composure even though it was an easy finish, it could have been easy for him to have smasher it or tried to curl it but he didn't, Kane still showing with his finish why he is still the main man and one or the best. When he did drop Deep Bellingham ran behind, Jude was of course involved in pretty much everything we did, Curtis Jones had a good game, Rashford was the better out of him and Foden but Gordon would have done more, Burn was a threat from set peices, there keeper saved a certain goal from him. He is probably still a bit hungover knackered from the league Cup Final, I never see him get turned that easy in the Prem.

Walker was good, Konsa was probably the pick of the Defenders, when will Tomori get into the squad, Rice usually solid as always, Foden was anonymous, Stick Bowen on the right or when he is fit Palmer. Overall Albania made it hard but we certainly played better the forward Runs, passing, pressing and positioning than Southgate, It was professional and when he have the options of either our best players all fully fit or on form we may be more dangerous, defence needs to be worked on, it needed to under Southgate, it looked shaky at times at the last Euros and even more under Carsley, the difference tonight was unlike Southgate we were higher up the pitch so they weren't as relied upon so weren't as exposed. We did pass out from the back but then usually immediately within about 5 passes passed it to the midfield, Southgate wouldn't have had us do that. When we sensed there press we passed through it. Overall not perfect, but a decent display I felt. If Tuchel can get the defence sorted and maybe figure out if we are to play 4-3-3 who the wingers will be, although Saka will be on the right then we will look even better.

U21's beat Portugal 4-2 in front of 14,673 at the Shrine, goals from Hayden Hackney I missed coming in, Ethan Nwaeri on his debut great goal curled into bottom corner, Omari Hutchinson and Jadon Philligene capped a good display, first half could have been 2-2 Portugal should have had a Penalty, happened in front of the Brummie where I was sat.

Players who stood out, Braithwaite looked decent at the back, Jack Hinselwood looked good to, Harvey Elliot was class, Jobe Bellingham got the assist for Nwaneri on his debut, Jobe is very much like his Brother, Nwaneri looked good to and Phillogene is very skillful and dangerous Won us a lot of free kicks.

I thought Harvey Elliot was dreadful.  A worrying proportion of his passes were under hit and intercepted or misdirected.  He gave away possession so many times.  Pains me to say it but Philogene was brilliant when he came on.
Good to see The Hawthorns being used for such games.  Now we need  international standard transport links.

Missed the first goal due to slow processing of queues outside East Stand, missed the second goal as couldn't find where our seats were and missed the last 2 goals as left on 84 so it was 1-1 in my head not 4-2  ;D ;D

It was nice to see something different, and apart from a little chavvy wannabe cheering when Silva scored and then proceeding to sing F the Albion in front of a load of kids it was well worth the tenner!

Glad I wasn't there. Getting a banning order for slapping some Dingle/Viler chav clever and back at an U21 England fixture would be a bit embarrassing in all honesty. Even for me...... and I have very little shame  ;D .

I missed first goal as I had to get a ticket my payment hadn't gone through I had to walk from the East Stand to Brummie got into the Brummie easily, had just been patted down and was walking up the stairs when first goal went in header from Hayden Hackney, I gave up trying to find my seat and just found some empty seats near the back of the Brummie. They were full and then empty after HT I assume as people went to there actual seats or sat near families. I was located closer to the corner where the Dummer was. There were some Portugal fans in out End to, I stayed til the end. We made it 3-1 or 2-1 before you left It they scored after so it was still 2-1 to us to you. Omari Hutchinson grabbed the third. Got back before 11PM. Have no idea why they didn't close the Brummie Road before Kick off a lot of people outside had heard delayed kick off.  But it wasn't so.

In fairness my lad was at Wembley last night and he had to leave during the first half because of reported delays on the Underground. After a number of changes and diversions he just about made the last train back to Birmingham before Mr. Uber dropped him off at home.

Admittedly we deal in much smaller numbers but getting to and from the Hawthorns is generally a doddle in comparison to our national stadium. And if you think we've got problems on a match day spare a thought for the average Viler. Or don't.

To be fair it is known on Matchdays you can't get the bus outside the ground, that the Tram will be rammed and if your driving you have to wait ages to leave

To be equally fair you don't drive anyway and you probably spend more time watching Darlo than the Albion. If the trams rammed there's generally another one not long after and all being well a lad of your age shouldn't have too much of a problem making it to West Brom on foot either on a match day or any other day of the week  ;) .

Took my 9 year old grandson to the U21 game last night. He loved it and I have to say I enjoyed it too. Technical standard was higher than that which we see in championship games but conversely, a lot of under hit passes from both sides was notable. Delap is an absolute beast against this age group. When Ipswich get relegated I would be very surprised if either Hutchinson or Delap drop down with them.

Oh I Know but that was the part the reason I did chose Non League And If I did drive I wouldn't drive on Matchdays anyway because more than likely I would be having a few drinks unless it was a midweek game and I had Work the next day then I would Drive as I wouldn't be drinking, and even then I wouldn't be sure if I would Drive because of having to wait. I am fine with the factors myself, I walked it back to West Brom last night fine but that's what I hear people complaining about are the issues above and they don't fancy it with Children because of either them possibly getting bored or tired and therefore moody and play up or getting back to late that they would be tired at School. I myself having been to my first night game. Even when I went to the Albion regularly a few years ago, I didn't go night games, but I myself got back into West Brom having left at about quarter to at about five past ten, I was home before 11PM, I did see two trams in that time but with them being 6 or 7 quid I would rather walk

It ran past the Ground before kick off no buses for 90 minutes after the game due to Brummie Road being closed. Then it's every 5 minutes and On a Friday and Saturday runs 24 hours used to daily last bus is now at 1/1:30AM
