My liking for Dan Ashworth has just taken a nosedive.

It's looking like they'll be safe then. Depressingly it may be that all 3 promoted clubs go down and all 3 relegated go back up.

At least the 3 (likely to be ) coming down won't be as strong as the 3 that came down this season but will still be favourites more than likely

Next seasons championship should be pretty open if we can stay competitive. Everton would just be another 100 point team if they came down thanks to points deductions.

I see Ten Hag is having a moan about Fulham putting a video up on TikTok about Fernandez' latest bit of playacting, accompanied by some appropriate music. https://www.tiktok.com/@devsfootballclub/video/7341034892236541216?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc

Doesn't Ten Hag understand that his comments will go down like the proverbial lead balloon? What he ought to be doing is having a strong word with Fernandez instead of defending him. Of course, if the playacting is done by a League 2 substitute player, there would be less fuss, but high profile clubs have to accept they are under the spotlight. Refs also need to get their act together, and start dishing out a few more yellow cards for ungentlemanly conduct.

Remember you being quite upbeat about Ten Hag and his methods when he was appointed at Manchester United. Reading this I could be forgiven for thinking some of the fanboy gloss has worn off, or if not off then wearing thin  ;D .

Well spotted Dan  :).  I like ten Hag's positive no-fear, attacking philosophy and that hasn't changed, but defending blatant cheating is a less savoury side to his character. Or maybe I'm just slightly biased against anybody working for Man Utd! That said, I don't like cheating werever it comes from, and I'd be disappointed if any Albion manager were to defend it.

They will have parachute payments, and many of the players who dominated the division 2 years previously.

The Premier League have always wanted a closed shop, with the new FFP rules they have pretty much got it.

Burnley are worse than the team that went up for me and Blades have gone sideways.

I don't think either are as good as Leicester

And yet with eleven and twelve games to go respectively both teams have already surpassed Derby's total of 11 points from their hilarious debacle of a season in the Prem after beating us in the Playoffs.

Nobody has ever been as bad as Derby were. Comforting stuff. The funniest thing being that when Kenny Miller scored the goal against Newcastle for their only win of the season the cameraman missed the ball hit the back of the net  :P .

When Derby went up over us and got mullered I found it entirely satisfying. Jammy sods

I've never rated Chris Wilder as a manager and I don't rate him now.

They're not great either, their fans seemed unhappy all season despite being top for the majority, I did watch their opening game they were very lucky had Godden had his shooting boots on Cov should've won 3-0

They weren't particularly impressive against us either

Basically I can't see anyone in the top 6 based on current squads not getting battered week in and out next year, like I read from one Saints fan before their poor run of form that they would need a whole team if they went up

Yeah I did overestimate Leicester myself when I saw them against us but still the best for me overall.
