Just not good enough. Stoke are no use either, but that’s where we are.

Huge task for Bruce with presumably little or no money and poor players on long contracts.

So, so, so many mistakes today. They look like they were all on the urine last night.

Slowest team in the league, age taking its toll on our lads, thank god we havent tied them down for years to come.

Hit on the counter after a clear foul.

No idea what the keeper is doing, they end up tapping it in centrally from 12 yards with the keeper on his line.  Keeper has to come for that.

Change today to season and that would be a better expression.

We look like a team with average age of 42!

Season is over as a contest. I'd say next season is too if we're left with much of this squad!!

Big questions about Bruce if he can't galvanise experienced players into a modicum of consistency in a few months

Well, you know what was coming didn't you.... The pantomime season continues. Could see how the game was playing out early on in the match after a kamikaze own goal. We were far too sluggish, no creativity. Any balls in the box were predictable when we were attacking. Ive wasted enough energy venting about this side. Just end the season please.

Normal service resumed and Bruce still can’t get back to back wins in the worst Championship in living memory.

Didn’t expect anything else.

So not really disappointed.

Worst part is, win this game and we would have been slap bang in the mix again.

I hate this squad of players.

Awful choice from Bruce to put our best CM at RWB. Was wrong from the off and did nothng to change it.

Like to see him gone in the summer.

Only 42? 😁

It’s our poor players more than the manager, I think. But it’s a matter of opinion.

Just can't get my head around this lot. Strolling around for 70mins like they don't have a care then play with some urgency for a bit but look physically shot in the last 5mins. Like a team of pensioners!

After the Blues and now this performance on top of the overall pattern under Bruce (Fulham and Bournemouth aside), I'm now tending towards a change again.

There's no energy or pattern to this team under Bruce. What a horrible team these are

Fritzl was disappointed his optimism was mislaid...

Why am I not surprised that I was correct.

I’m done with this side now. Won’t be going again this season

Well that is it now. This league is embarrassing and we are probably the laughing stock of it given the state of the teams. Making the top 6 should have been easy. Milwall and Luton more than likely will. Just say that out loud.

All about how much the club want to change in the summer. We’re probably around 7/8 players away from challenging next year. An awfully ran football club.

Albion, that’s me done. I just can’t be bothered to follow anymore. It isn’t worth the effort.

Embarassing to lose to this Stoke outfit. Only for a 20 minute period were we in it, after Bruce worked out we were too lightweight up front with just Carroll and Diangana. At least in the latter part of the game we did get forward in numbers, but case of too little, too late.

The players season was over in January, just going through the motions to get ( not earn) a pay-check.
Mentally weak, physically inept, disgusting bunch of  grifters.

I think it says it all about this season that these loss threads hardly get any interaction now. When the awful streak started in December and January, each loss would be be tons of replies and anger. Now it’s like mehh bout what I expected.

There’s nothing new to say really. The table tells its own story.

The manager is an easy target. I’m wondering far more how anyone (whether Bruce or anyone else) is going to overhaul this squad with little or no money at the same time as having to retain poor players because they’re under contract.

That’s the real task ahead. And it’s a daunting one because we have assembled such a desperately poor team.

Mentally weak this lot , other than odd few I can't stand them .

Not just mentally. They’re slow, uncreative, prone to basic errors and lack leaders.

The very definition of a poor squad and a poor team.
