Walsall Fans invaded the pitch following the winning goal with Chesterfield wanting to take their players off the pitch.

Seems a bit daft. They were through regardless!

I would imagine a heavy fine coming Walsall’s way, and rightly so.

What's happened?

The club really admire Eric Ramsay and interest is 100% there on our side. Swansea and Southampton also have had interest in the past.

I have spoken to a few Minnesota journalists and no official approaches have been made so far #wba

It seems it’s now official Selles has been sacked at Hull

Wonder who they are thinking they are getting better?

4-4-2 magazine released their 100 greatest football managers of all time.

Corberan was NOT in there. I think the only WBA manager that made the list was Roy Hodgson in at number 100.

There's "established Championship players" and there's 34 year olds who only played 500 minutes this year. I wonder if we can tempt them with an ageing centre back or right winger...

I would be offering our lesser lights to Wrexham for sure. They got money to burn it seems.

Talking of Wrexham:

Darren Witcoop

Fulham club captain Tom Cairney to Wrexham as per @mcgrathmike would be a hell of a coup. The Welsh club pushing the boat out to sign established Championship players this summer following the step up. #ffc #WrexhamAFC

Apparently Wrexham and Blues are determined to get Poku, even if it means 30k a week plus.

🚨🔰 Jacob Wright leaves Man City and becomes Norwich City player on permanent transfer, deal done.

Norwich only had the right to make the transfer permanent if Jacob started 9 games, the target was hit and Norwich now sign Wright for £2.3m transfer fee.

Hard luck for Coventry who by far the better side. Still that's football.

Yep, Sunderland have dropped way off. Blades must be favourites for me.

Ballard scores in the 32nd minute of extra time to put Sunderland into the final. Surely.

Yep. FT.

Blades vs Sunderland in the final.

UPDATE: Taiwo Awoniyi  has been placed into an induced coma and is receiving intensive care following ‘urgent’ surgery. Early signs are thought to be positive. Aim is to complete his operation tomorrow.

Blimey. Result of a delayed flag decision i think.

Announcement imminent that Uruguayan Paulo Pezzolano is the new #WatfordFC manager. Understand he's agreed a one-year deal with a year's option. Seen by the Hornets hierarchy in the same mould as Jokanovic, Gracia and Munoz.

Yeah Mowbray has a lot to answer for. Granted even if we made the PO under him we probably would have been battered Sheff too.

We never going up under Mowbray what a truly shocking bone headed appointment that was.

We never lost to Sheff Utd, in fact i'd say we ever so slightly edged it over them over the 2 games.

What a garbage league this is.

Taylor is another Bartley. A big lump that if you defend deep will kick and head everything away.

As soon as you ask them to develop an attack defend 1v1 or defend movement or pace in a higher line they are completely lost.

Yes that's how I see him. Bartleys replacement long term.

Disgraceful behaviour by Forest owner.

Shocking really. Absolutely no need for him to do that.

Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis goes on the pitch in front of everybody when the whistle goes and has a go with Nuno in public. Assume he is sensing the CL money slipping away.
