Well Carlos Haters/Outers I hope your happy he's gone there players looked brilliant under him, they look rubbish now not knocking Brunty or anyone not even Carlos, the Players didn't even do the Basics today, Happy Christmas, Are the pubs still open I need some Stiff Drink today has been awful
It's got nothing to do with Carlos haters! He left because he wanted to manage his home town club, he wasn't forced/driven out or sacked! He went of his own free will. However Tonight's performance was shocking.

When you see the names touted on here you realise what a great Manager Carlos was. The short list is utterly garbage in comparison.
Take your rose tinted glasses off, he wasn't a great manager. And you do realise Valencia sacked their manager on Monday and by Thursday Corberan was being named as their new head coach? So this was all put in place before Monday so he knew he was going. Dropped us right in it and couldn't care less about the Albion.

You hope he stays? after he has agreed terms with another club? As for the flags he can stick them where the sun don't shine
Exactly what i thought, why would you want someone, who doesn't want to be here?

you mean like Valerian Ismael?
No i mean like Tony Mowbray. Does that answer your question? Corberan is a manager/ coach who will keep a side up. Not get a side up to negative afraid to kill teams off, score then go deeper than a deep sea diver. When they move the ball quickly to feet this team could beat any team in the championship.

Where did I suggest you should, I simply have my doubts whoever we are likely to replace him with will be an improvement. The current squad is as poor as we have seen for over twenty years.
No it isn't, get an attack minded manager in, who actually wants to win games in. And see what happens.

Shocking performance, how can you try not to win a home game?

Fritzl is a very happy man this morning. Sub standard player on a ridiculous wage out the door. Brilliant news
Yeah brilliant news that we now don't have a left back. Not good enough for Albion (your opinion) but good enough for Ipswich who are now in the premier league. That makes perfect sense NOT.

Seeing some posts on Twitter saying Kevin Campbell has got some issues with his kidneys

Best wishes to him.

On some news feeds it is saying he is seriously ill in hospital, been in since last week, but no details about the cause.

Weak leader.

If we offer him a new contract I’m actually done with this club.
I really hope we sign him and Johnstone.

10
That did make me laugh.

Why would I be bothered about Celtic? I don’t follow Scottish football.

Merely pointing out a player is not as good as our fans think he is, is not hatred.
That is your opinion, i think he is an excellent player and i hope we can keep next season whatever league we are in.

11
I’ll try and be balanced here by saying overall he’s done more good than bad.

However, I hope Corberan has the courage to not start him next Friday, as we looked a lot more threatening once he went off.
Him and Fellows the only two threats on the pitch! I don't get you hatred of Johnstone, he as been a breath of fresh air. Nothing to do with him being a Celtic player is it?

Yes, very true. Only Kipre and Diangana are close to Premier League standard.

Palmer, Bartley, Townsend, Johnstone etc are all rubbish. Do you agree?
Neither Kipre or Diangana are anywhere near premier league standard. And Johnstone is definitely not rubbish. So i for one do not agree.

He’s played up front most games for us this season. Who do you expect to be top scorer?
According to you anyone but him. You are entitled to your opinion but you have always got to have a player to slate on a regular basis. But whenever,  whoever your target is, as a few good games  you have nothing to say.

Need him to get fit and get some form as we aren’t winning the play offs with BTA up top.
He is our leading goalscorer this season!?

A frustrating game today, for sure. The performance, like the first half of Millwall, wasn't anywhere near the level, with the majority of the XI nowhere near their best.

However, I am finding it really difficult with large sections of 'fans' around my seat. I appreciate that the Albion can be a place to let off some steam from a week at work; and when there is time to give criticism at games, I'm one of the first. With our superb home record, I get the impression people just turn up and expect us to win, but teams like Watford are littered with Premier League players - they just lack consistency.

BTA has huge limitations as a footballer and he should have buried that one in the first half. Yet, even after he scored an excellent goal to get us back in the game, when he misplaced a simple ball, there were people swearing and screaming for him to be taken off. I'm also no Adam Reach fan but to boo an Albion player coming on, when we're 5th in the league? I find it really difficult to sit and listen to. Funnily enough, he actually played quite well.

Wondering if I am the only one here?

Mods: I tried to find a relevant thread but this may need moving?
Just read some of the posts in the in game thread! The people who boo, jeer, swear and abuse our players at the ground are no different to the people on here, and it's always the same ones, Sad really.

Furlong had two men at the back post and was held off from jumping for the header.  Can't blame him for that.
Oh certain people on here will mate, they would blame Furlong if he wasn't playing.

Joined Bristol City on a permanent deal.

Can't help thinking we've made an error here regardless of us needing funds.
I think you might be right Phil.

Livermore with 2 identical screamers within minutes to give Val a 2 goal lead
Leaves to a standing ovation and his name being sung throughout the away end
I used to get slated on here for backing Livermore, but i never wavered in my opinion. It was always the same people who now slate our own players (the same players all the time) but are nowhere to be seen when one of them as a good game Assante yesterday as an example.

In what sense ?
Well you see him play like i do. In every sense. Tell me a better player in our team? Technical, speed, fitness skill shooting, passing, crossing. And that goal he scored he meant it. But for some he will do as the next scapegoat.
