I wanted us to interview Carrick and I'm not surprised he has turned around Boro.

Obviously I am happy with CC, but I can see Carrick doing very well as a manager.

Mowatt unused sub for boro, Castro on subs bench for Notts county, we should get these assets back and see what Corboran can do with them

Scored 2 in 2 prior to that Castro being benched. I'd imagine he's just being rotated?

4 in 11 since moving to Meadow Lane.

Worth seeking out the Cardiff v Blackpool game to see Callum Robinson's world class assist.

You can then stay for the awful refereeing performance which saw Robinson booked for diving after the keeper brought him down and for the failure to send off notorious thug Gary Madine after his assault on ex team mate Perry Ng.

That is some assist by Callum - still can't believe we got rid so easily.  And it was a clear foul on him by the Blackpool keeper.

Absurd to sell him for 1.5m, cheers Steve and Ron

I saw that brilliant assist and sending off that should have been last night.

Sad that we needed £1.5m so badly we had to let him go.

I would  have preferred to see Grant leave in all honest

A few weeks ago we'd be hoping Wigan would drop points.

Watford Football Club
@WatfordFC

Watford FC confirms the appointment of Ben Manga as its new Technical Director.

Helena Costa has also joined as Head of Scouting, while further appointments to Manga’s team are likely to follow.

Another club gets in a TD type. No sign of one here i will assume Ron is undertaking thorough, thorough, due diligence in appointing our equivalent after he handed his disastrous mate a job with zero diligence last time.

Sunderland score in 90th minute to put them 2-1 up against Blackburn.

Blackburn seem to be dropping off the top 2 slowly. If they don't go up and lose Diaz on a free in the summer then that's them in the mid pack shuffle for the next few seasons.

Norwich have sacked Dean Smith.

Shame as they have a decent squad and I think they will pick up now.

That's bad news for us and the other promotion chasers. Smith wasn't Steve Bruce levels of bad but he was holding them back to an extent i think.

No: only our senior management would be daft enough to call upon SB's talents.

Burnley are easily the best side in the division aren't they. A mix of a good managers, advantageous loan deals and a few really clever bits if business as well.

I'd say they are one of the best 4 for sure.
