But we'll be in different divisions, surely  ;)

From a neutral perspective it would be interesting to see Brentford in the Premier League. Would prefer them to win the playoffs

After losing to Stoke after an eight match winning run, Brentford may at last have run out of steam.

IF we get promoted, not particularly bothered who comes up in the play-offs but suspect it might be Fulham.

Went to a pub last night for the first time since lockdown. Watched the game, got tipsy, and woke up at 5 with a stinking hangover, and depressed from last nights result. Had a haircut and beard trim at 11 that transformed me from a tramp to a respectable looking guy, then bought some beers for the Brentford game. Spent hours catching up on this forum, and completely forgot about the Stoke game. Clicked on my footie app to see the result. The feeling I had was similar to the moment Foster came crashing off his line to concede that late penalty against the vile. You know the feeling. A sort of dizziness that this can’t be happening. That’s how I felt when I saw the result. Everything had suddenly gone topsy turvy. Unbelievable! Now the nerves have started to kick in. It’s Oldham 76 revisited. I’m not sure my ticker can take it.

I'd rather anyone else at this point, their fans are a bunch of weirdos who think they're owed Premier League football so I hope they fail.

I'm not saying he's not made mistakes - I just don't think they're worth sacking him for.  I see the logic in taking off Livermore for someone with a bit more passing guile - I disagreed with the decision but there is some logic there.

I'm not convinced the transfer window was the managers fault - how much say does he have in what we spend and where?

I agree about trying Robinson up front, I'm as critical as anyone of our front three, I refuse to believe that Bilic is happy with the options he has - we can all see it so I'm sure he can.

Disagree about throwing in youngsters up there - we need the points, they're pressure games, that's not the time to blood youngsters in.
mate I was all willing to go again with Zohore if not Robinson. He hit the woodwork the other week with a cracking shot. That doesnt make him a good player but there must have been something in the scouting.

QPR are having a cracking game against Millwall at the minute, scoring for fun. We need to sort our pooh out and at least turn up.

I think Slav seems very inept at making hard decisions I like him but he sometimes seems lost when he should be leading.

Birmingham have to win their final game to ensure they stay in the Championship. Because if Luton and Charlton win, they drop.

Not sure I would call one win in four, two wins in eight “finding some form”

Unless you meant relegation form?

Commentary when Fulham are on

1) how come in every other single name of work “Kn”  is pronounced “n” not “kun”?
2) when did “bobby Reid” become “bobby diplodocus Reid, postcode and date of birth” every time he touches the ball ?

1) Probably because that how his name is pronounced
2) Decordova added to respect his mother and her hard work.

Correct - but after Huddersfield the opportunity to hold promotion in our own hands come the final day was the best we could hope for - it’s up to us now - we will either deserve to go up automatically or have to take our chances in the lottery of the playoffs - nobody but us to blame if we fail...

Yup, Brentford will beat Barnsley at the bottom for sure so we basically need to win versus QPR in a one off game.  If we don't do that then we don't deserve to go up and it definitely wouldn't bode well for the play offs if we can't get a result at home to QPR

Yes but I honestly don’t think we will mess this up now. We’ve been granted a second chance and I feel like pressure is off now.

So happy we've got a second chance. Honestly thought that was it after last night and fair play to Stoke, they bullied Brentford first half with lots of balls into the box and the pressure eventually paid off with a tidy finish. However, wednesday we'll all be a bag of nerves, on paper we should comfortably beat QPR but don't forget Brentford will also be a bag of nerves too. Far from over, but if we can play like we did at sheffield wednesday, or bristol city, we should get across the line. So so happy though that Brentford cocked it up and its in our hands again!

Albion and Brentford SHOULD win on Wednesday but if neither of us does and Fulham do then it’s Fulham who go up automatically on goal difference
