There Ain’t No Such Thing as a Free Lunch!

I had to take a BSI auditor out for lunch one day and in all innocence he said just that, it was just too good an opportunity to miss .....

Derby and Fulham in a scoreless first half. Let’s hope Rooney turns the game in Derby’s favour in the second half. We will

It would be useful to us if Fulham lost, a draw would be acceptable.

But we have to take advantage tomorrow COYB!!!!

Andre Wisdom still stinking the place out.

FT 1-1. Not a disastrous result.

I'll take that, no wins in three for Fulham and with some very tough games coming up.

That Fulham keeper bossed it towards the end. Really scrappy though in both boxes from both teams.

Only watched the last 15 minutes of the game, but from the I sae Derby were the better side by some distance, backed up by Fulham’s keeper getting man of the match. Rooney still seemed to have moments of class in him (a part from his woeful Volley at the end of the game) and Andre Wisdom looks like a tank engine now (is it muscle or fat?).

A game in hand on a Fulham as we speak and 6 points ahead of the . Thanks to Derby tonight, even if we lose and all other teams win this weekend, we would still have a 5 point gap on third.

If Blackburn and QPR could help us out and we do well at Ashton gate, we could open up an 8 point lead on third again now.

It's not a classic championship this year. Our rivals doing their best to hand us promotion on a plate. At this rate, only need two more results to go our way today and our lead could be extended back to Christmas time levels, and I don't see us throwing it away again.

Crazy second half and thankfully Blackburn held on as it could have been 3-2.

Interestingly Brentford did a blatant dive for their equaliser/penalty but you did't hear Goodman moaning like he did when Gayle did it for us last season...

Nonetheless a very good result for us - thanks Mowbray.

Not an ideal result given the 2-0 Blackburn lead, but it is still more points dropped. A win today would take us 10 clear of Brentford.

At some point, one of the chasing pack will need to pur on a run of sustained pressure if they are going to catch us and Leeds. Non of them seem capable of doing it at the moment and time is running out.

Has there been any action taken against Brentford and Preston players for their blatant dives at the weekend? Both could be said to have deceived an official by gaining penalties.

They don’t play for West Brom, ergo nothing will be done retrospectively.

Nor did Dingle Don put it in his personal report so, no, no action taken.
