I can't make the match tonight as I'm in London. Does anyone know of the best "kid friendly" pub around Leicester Square we can watch the game please?

I'd like to get to the Albion in Shoreditch however my son is in a show until 8ish so it really needs to be in walking distance of Leicester Square.

Thanks in advance for any help

Woodman will and have tried real ales - currently we only have Bathams and Doombar in bottles, which I know for real ale drinkers is not the real thing.

Unfortunately, it appears we are a Fizzy Lager/Cider pub, although this is not by choice!! We did put on a barrel of Holden's Golden Glow a few months ago and despite selling it for less than £2.00 per pint, we threw at least half of it down the sink.

As I say, we'll cater for all needs but we cannot afford to stock everything on the off-chance a real ale dinker comes in......very much chicken and egg!!!

How many people out there would be up for a mini beer festival if we put on 6 or 7 (or more) real ale favourites? :P

Like many others, if you support us we'll serve whatever you want, from Worthy's,  McDonald's Milkshakes to Umbongo on draught. Tell us and we'll sort it, that's a promise LiamTheBaggie  ;)

Good point......

For the record, as we have a 24 hour licence - we would stay open 24 hours (every day) if the place was busy enough to warrant it.

To see what we're all about - Join us for the end-of-season party on the 24th May (after the final whistle Arsenal v Baggies) where we have amazing Ska2nite performing - Always a fantastic day/night when these guys perform.

See http://www.woodmancorner.com/entertainment.html - 24th May!!
